Danny emailed us the code to get in and everything was exactly as it was pictured. Very close to the ball field we were going to for a baseball tournament. It was also easy access to Publix, eating establishments, Beach view Tavern (for the NFL football games) and a short drive to Flagger Avenue. The rooms were very clean and all decorated with beach items. We would highly recommend this location and would stay there again. With it being pet friendly, there were doggie cushions in a couple of the rooms.

The condo was perfect. Nice little yard for the dog to run around a bit. Plenty of room for my wife and two teenagers. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this cozy, family-sized beach house! The villa was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach ramp and a nearby playground—perfect for families with kids.It’s also only a quick drive to Flagler Avenue, great restaurants, and grocery stores. Everything was super convenient, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy New Smyrna Beach in a peaceful, well-located spot! We were a family with a small dog and 4year old, she love and called it her purple house!!

Cute place.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to publox so we were able to get groceries easily. We were also clpse to everything we wanted such as the Garlic and the beach. Plenty of room for 4.

Comfortable home and neighborhood

Neighborhood and small cottage community is close to everything yet feels so secluded. Beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean! Highly recommend and would stay again!

A charming quiet getaway

The unit was an end unit and extremely quiet! The beds were super comfortable with big flat screen tvs in each room . The patio in back and chairs were nice to have . We stayed one month with our dog . We enjoyed the residential area and walked to the lagoon and beach everyday ! Would consider again !

Beachside Stay

Lovely condo in a small quiet community close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Our stay was during bike week but the condo was pleasantly quiet. Small backyard perfect for our pets. Plenty of parking right outside of condo door. Cleanliness was top notch. Danny was quick to respond to any questions we had which was much appreciated! This was a cozy, quiet spot for our stay in NSB. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great long term stay!

Danny's place has a great location, walking distance to both beach and river. My dog and I stayed here for an extended period and felt safe and at home. The kitchen and AC/heat are state of the art, and there's a fenced yard with a patio. We found a lot of poop in the yard so I hope future renters are more respectful. Otherwise great stay, thank you Danny!

Weekend Stay

My fiancé and I stayed at this beach cottage for Stetson’s homecoming to be close enough to the action but far enough from campus to relax. We really enjoyed the place, the area around had a lot of cool restaurants and places to check out! Our host was quick to reply whenever we had questions, and we hope to make this a repeat stay whenever we come back down to the area.

NSB Visit

Overall this was a nice property. A few updates would help 1) New towels. The ones in this rental were old,very thin 2) Bar Stools: as there is no dining table we used the bar stools. these stools are super uncomfortable, hard plexi type plastic. Need to replace with comfortable stools as this is the seating for eating. 3) Need to add more lighting in the living room. Maybe some type of floor lamp behind the couch. Having the track lighting shining in your face is not pleasing. 4)Shower curtains should be replaced after all rentals. shower curtain was dirty with soap scum and rust type marks.

Very Clean and Private. Perfect!

My wife and I have stayed at countless places in NSB over the years and this is, by far, the best we have ever experienced. Plenty of room, a nice kitchen, and a great little private fenced yard perfect for hanging out with the dog for an early evening cookout. We will be booking again very soon!

Clean and close to beach access

I stayed during the last week of April. There wasn't many people around which made for a nice, quiet stay. Danny (host) was accommodating and answered any questions in a very timely matter. The rooms are spacious and the entire place was very clean.

Stayed the whole month.

Great location, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Close to everything. The property is just the way it looks on line. clean and comfortable. If we get back to this area we will certainly stay again. Plus, the owner was very helpful with a small problem getting in the first day.
