Each room has a Full Bed and Twin bed, upstairs Master has a King & twin bed plus a private Balcony. Full Kitchen w/cookware, perfect for the family who doesn’t want to eat out for every meal. Cable/Internet. **This home can sleep up to 12 however only 10 pool Bracelets will be issued**
Our Home is a Short walk/drive to the Full Functioning club House which features a resort style pool area, 2 pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, beach towels (with refundable deposit). Gym and Cenote Spa (booking in advance recommended). Arcade and ice cream Parlor. Frankie Farrels Pub & Grill for Drinks, snacks, Lunch or Dinner... Great to have in the Resort especially when other restaurants have long waits. Shopping plaza located a short walk/drive away for groceries and restaurants. Another great quality about this rental is, a short drive will bring you to major shopping plazas w/many options of Restaurants away from the hustle and Bustle of the theme park areas. *Golf courses located near by
Natural springs are a beautiful sight to see, if your up for a little day trip other than theme parks, many have paddle boarding, kayaking, tubing and swimming available
Around and hour and 10 min drive to Seminole hard Rock Casino
Take a day trip over to the beautiful beach in Clearwater or Visit the Tampa Bay. Book a jet ski tour and see some dolphins up close! The list of things to do go on and on. Contact us for suggestions of places close by and day trips

Disney Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay! We loved being close, but not too close to the Disney parks. The kids absolutely loved the pool and arcade. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

First Family Vacation

We were here to celebrate four Birthdays! My two granddaughters 8 & 13, my daughter-in-law and my 60th! Four years ago I was diagnosed with Stage III Breast Cancer and was not sure I'd see my 60th Birthday. Thanks to the Grace of Our God, I am now three years Cancer Free. So my husband asked what I wanted and he followed through with this wonderful family vacation.

Plenty of space

Property overall was ok, long walk to the pool, but once there... plenty of activities for the whole family. Home could use some work. Sofa and dining bench dirty & stained, could use a good cleaning. The make shift towel bar in the upstairs master bathroom, looked like a dirty, bloody band aid was on the end of it (not sure what it was.) Home could use updating for wear and tear. Some of the beds required better support other than a cardboard box under the mattress. One of the rooms did not have the HDMI cord for the TV. Overall the condo supplied what we needed and accommodated 11 ppl.

Property Management company obnoxious

First of all, pack your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags because they are not provided. Sheets had weird pee/sweat stains so if that would be a problem pack your own sheets too. Property management company (Paige) called with a HUGE attitude saying they were going to bill us for checking out after 10am even tho the checkout on the property states 11am. Overall regal palms was super nice and the amenities of the resort itself were awesome and perfect for young kids. I don’t think it’s fair to judge the owners themselves but BIG YIKES on the property management company and their lack of communication with the owners. Paige was not only rude but lied to us and when I called her out on the lie she got very uncomfortable and more or less hung up the phone

Nice unit and location, but dirty

Great location, close to Publix, gas, and restaurants. Spacious unit as well. Nice pool area and indoor play area. About a 30-45 min drive to Magic Kingdom. But….. The entire place was dirty. Upon arriving in the unit, we can see that the floors were not vacuumed or even cleaned/mopped in a very long time. There was visible trash left on the floors and carpets. Our socks were black from the dirty floors. We purchased a Wetjet, which took 25 pads to clean the floors. Our toddlers sucker fell on the floor, and was covered in hair and dirt. Host stated: “Also cleaning company and separate inspection manager both assured floors were cleaned/sanitized throughout the home” So, the host either lied to us, or they were lied to and services are being paid for that are not being performed. They said they would try to schedule a cleaning, but at this point, we already purchased an item to clean. We requested a small refund for the cleaning fee to cover our costs for purchasing items to clean their unit, and it was denied because they offered to reclean the unit. We did not want people inside the unit while we are there enjoying our vacation, or anyone in the unit while we are not there, touching our stuff. Simply put, the unit should have been cleaned properly before arrival, and it was not. The comforter in one of the bedrooms had stains of what appeared to be blood. Host offered to exchange, but it was not needed as there were additional linens to use. There was damage to the unit that was not disclosed prior to arrival, which resulted in me having to inspect everything. Host wanted to schedule to repair, but we did not want to disrupt our vacation for that. One of the beds was missing a box spring, and fell straight down to the floor. Cleanliness of the entire unit was not very good in other areas as well. The shower curtains and showers have visible growth of either black mold beginning to form or serious mildew problems. 2 of the 3 shower handles are completely green on the inside due to the mildew growth inside them. Overall. The unit and amenities are nice, and would have received 5 stars if not for how dirty the unit was.

Love Regal Palms

Second time staying at this resort. We LOVE this place. Staff is super friendly, amenities are awesome. Some items were left dirty from previous group but all in all, no complaints!!

Great place for a big family!!

Host was very accommodating and available to answer questions. The location is pretty far from club house, but just a short drive with easy access in and out. The clubhouse has a little bit of everything and my kids 3,5,8,16,19 were all entertained with different things to do. The condo was very clean and had a lot of the amenities of home. Which is especially nice when it comes to cooking because eating it all meals for a family of 9 is EXPENSIVE. Every utensil/cookware/dish we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and living and dining were perfect for our large group to hang out and eat together. Second floor in condo laundry was also a great plus. No one wants to do laundry on vacation but having it right there made it less dreadful. If I had any complaints it would be that there weren’t enough wash cloths but we packed our own (went to Italy a couple years ago and they don’t provide wash cloths. to keep from experiencing that again I always travel with them now. We were traumatized. 😁). This was the last leg of our 14 day vacation and it was a great way to end it. I actually wish we would have allotted more time there. Would definitely stay again.

I always enjoy my stay at regal palms that was my 6th time staying at this resort a lot has changed from when i very first visited it back in “11” every time i come to Orlando i stay here

We love Florida so Much we Decided to find the best possible home that could accommodate our large family. A private residence where we all have our own space with the comforts of home. Something we did not want to give up was having the resort feel and excitement you get when at a hotel , that I’m on vacation feeling….fortunately we didn’t have to give that up and were able to have all of that at Regal palms! Our Club House/Pool area has 2 pools, a lazy River, water slide, hot tub….Frankie Pharrell’s Pub and Grill for adult drinks and food…. Arcade and ice cream parlor…. Gym and Cenote Day Spa (reservations in advance recommended) we are also a gated community w/Security
One of the best parts for us is the shopping plaza located next to us…. Publix for food shopping, small restaurants, larger restaurants like ihop and Applebees, and a gas station for convenience. Major shopping located near by….Walmart, Target etc w/plenty of restaurants and shopping, away from the hustle and bustle.
15 min drive to theme parks. Golfing near by. A little over a hour to Tampa Area to visit the Tampa bay or Clearwater beach, Seminole Hard Rock casino located in Tampa. Opportunities to take day trips to all the beautiful natural springs. Wineries located near by for tastings, the list goes on!
