Great unit! Nice view of the river canyon and easy walking to several restaurants and stores. The canyon rec trail is basically right outside the back parking for easy touring!

Overall we had a very nice stay and I would recommend it to a friend. The good-huge spaces. Living room, bedroom, bathroom all had a ton of space. -very comfy couch-close to everything, especially Redhawk Gastropub, which was great for dinner. -beautiful view-we enjoyed sitting on the back porch-overall everything seemed very clean-very communicative host-quiet neighborhood The bad-the space between the headboard and the mattress was so annoying and our pillows fell down in the crack multiple times every night-shoes are required to be off, was hard as I have foot problems and it hurts to walk barefooted. May be something to consider if its a problem for you. -we were woken up at 7am on Saturday by the lawn mower, and it went on for over an hour. Most people enjoy sleeping in on vacation, especially on the weekend. -they want the thermostat to not go below 68 which was a little warm for us to sleep. We used only a sheet and woke up sweaty the first nightOverall we had a nice stay, and the few annoying things didnt mess up our trip. Just some things to consider if you think they will bug you

A small piece of paradise to get you through a difficult time

Thank you so much to the staff. This place was incredible. Exactly what I needed. I think I spent 54 days here and I loved every day of it so thank you so much. I recommend it to anybody who just needs to get away.

Great experience

We stayed for a week in August. This unit had every comfort of home. We were impressed with the ease of booking, the communication with the property manager and the cleanliness of the unit. The pictures here on the website are representative of the unit, but we were surprised with how much bigger the unit really was. We had several friends and family members visit, all saying they would recommend this property to other out of town travelers, we will do the same. A special thank you to Ryleigh who has gone out of her way to send me an Amazon package that was accidentally sent to the unit after we had left. We will definitely book this unit again when traveling to Twin Falls. It was a great find!

Good ,the Bad and the ugly

First the good! Great loacation ! Close to all amenities food and shopping and great view and walking trail close by! Kitchen stocked well! The bad! Bring your own pillows there are only two very small pillows available maybe 16-18” wide ! Also bring some kind of blind fold if you expect to sleep in past 5am ! There are two very large east facing windows that have no blinds on them ! Stupid bright in the morning! Also make sure you are ready for a little house work like doing all the dishes taking out all the trash and washing your linens! The bad! Apparently this unit is actually a 3 bedroom house that has a lower unit under you that has an adjoining door to your unit that seems to be locked but feels very uncomfortable ! And that who ever is on the other side has the potential to enter your unit?? Not sure what that’s about but would be nice to maybe have a chain lock on your side to feel safer !

Great stay, great location

Great accommodation.... Ryle, was great in letting us extend our stay. For a one bedroom, this place is huge, has a great feel. The deck is fantastic, enjoyed everything except the rain...will stay here again next year.

Needs a DEEP cleaning

Location is good, check in was easy, manager was responsive to our substantial problem on check in. That being said - the property really needs a deep cleaning. Many of the areas of the property (like the carpets) and the bed were pretty filthy. Then when we went to get ready for bed, we discovered a 3 foot wide wet stain on the duvet cover which had soaked all the way through. The housekeeper had also made the bed with this wet stain facing down, we can only assume to try to hide it. The duvet cover had many other stains and other gross stuff all over it too. Not what we would have expected for the high nightly rate charged. I had to take everything off the bed and wash it to make sure we weren't sleeping in someone else's leavings. When we contacted the manager, she did do 3 things: she dropped off a set of decorative comforter and pillow set (decorative - not really usable as a substitute for the sheets and pillows we still had to use), she offered to refund our cleaning fee and offered us a small discount for a future stay. While this was a reasonably good effort on her part - the cleanliness situation in the unit was pretty shocking and what would have made more sense would to have refunded our total night stay. It is pretty unlikely that we will be back - discount or not. Having to sleep in a gross bed is completely unacceptable. It is a 1 bedroom unit, so we didn't really have any alternative other than leaving and finding a hotel. After driving 600 miles that day, not a real option for us that night. So do a deep clean including the carpets and all rooms in the unit, get a new housekeeper and this place could turn itself around. Location is cool, right near the river canyon. Trying not to be too harsh, but it was pretty gross.
