Welcome to your Twin Falls hideaway! This beautifully remodeled lower-level unit offers you a separate entrance and plenty of space and natural light for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Located in a prime spot, you'll enjoy easy access to the best of Twin Falls, while retreating to your own private sanctuary.

The unit features 2 inviting bedrooms – a plush king-size bed and a comfy queen-size bed, making it the perfect spot for families, friends, or couples. You’ll also find a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Completely Separate & Private: This lower-level unit is entirely independent from the rest of the house, ensuring you have complete privacy throughout your stay. While it’s a basement-level retreat, the unit is thoughtfully remodeled with new appliances, fixtures, and furnishings to provide a cozy, modern feel. The temperature is comfortably cool, and while you may hear footsteps above, it's simply part of the charm of being in a cozy, private lower-level retreat.

Booked this place for my parents! Needed a place close to Down Town and this was perfect! We booked end of novemeber and i was afraid my parents might get a little cold being in the lower unit and that the temp is controled by the upper unit. But the owner insured me of what the thermastate range should be placed on and ultimately she coltrols it if it gets adjuated too high or too low so both units can be comfortable (she also had extra heaters!) My parents did not have a bad experience with people staying in upper unit and the owners were very responsive. Overall great experience!

Rental was clean and had the primary necessities we needed. Coffee maker was not working and they got me a replacement same day. Had a nice little yard for our pet. The stairs are steep so make sure you and your pets are ok to go up and down them. Our medium size dog did fine, but we did keep an eye on her just to make sure she didn't have any issues. Good central location in older neighborhood, close to downtown. Being a basement unit you can hear the renters upstairs a little and the creaky floors but it didn't really bother us during our stay. Overall we were happy with our rental and enjoyed our stay for an affordable rental option in Twin Falls and property managers were very timely with responses and helpful.

host was great and responsive. shame on me for reserving a basement, temp os contolled by top unit, it was cold. yes heaters in closet, at 95 outside seemed strange to need a heater. layout wonky, bathoom is small, if you have 1 or 2 staying may be better. there is an extra mirror so i moved into kitchen to free up bath, but no lights and height was difficult to use. if you can secure south of 70/night with 1 or 2 prople may work. we wont atay again

This was a great property, very clean, furnishings were great, very private. The only thing i missed not having, was an actual toaster, (there was a toaster oven), a dry mat or dish drainer, a small wash bin for the kitchen sink, only because its one large corner sink. Salt & Pepper would have been nice, but we did fine do fine without it on our eggs. These are small personal preferences, but overall, my daughters & I loved the place & our stay. Thank you so much

A cozy, noisy, pet-friendly basement

This sweetly appointed basement space is great if you are traveling with your furry friend. The back patio is the perfect spot to dine outside in the warmer seasons.Unfortunately, the apartment is incredibly noisy.The HVAC is located in the closet of one of the bedrooms, and it's like trying to sleep in a jet engine. The temperature controls seem to be either automatic, or upstairs.Also, if there are occupants upstairs, you can hear every footstep and conversation, and smell whatever is cooking as though it were being prepared in your space. The neighborhood is quaint, and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Snug! With great hosts

What I needed was a little bitty place for a week, and this filled the bill. Clean, comfortable (temperature is controlled by the upstairs tenant but space heaters and extra blankets did the trick), very responsive host. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy drive from anywhere.
