Welcome to your sanctuary in Hot Springs, AR! This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom vacation rental, called Serenity Springs, is just moments away from the renowned Bath House Row. Its central location allows you to fully savor all that Hot Springs has to offer, from its rich historic attractions to its picturesque parks and lakes.
The interior of this 1932-built house has undergone a complete modernization while preserving its charming and occasionally quirky historic character. Please note the original concrete front steps leading to the front door; review the photos to ensure all guests can navigate these uneven, sometimes challenging steps.
The spacious living room boasts comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that bathe the space in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation for your family and friends a breeze.
Both bedrooms are adorned with cozy beds and fresh linens to ensure a peaceful night`s sleep. The first bedroom features a Queen-size bed with a private bathroom, while the second boasts a luxurious King-size bed. Ample storage space is available in both rooms, allowing you to unpack and feel right at home. Just off the living area, you`ll discover the second full bathroom stocked with fluffy white towels.
Step outside and relish the outdoor space, complete with a spacious fenced backyard and a patio featuring a charcoal grill. You can also unwind on the comfortable covered front porch, whether you`re sipping a cup of coffee or grilling a delicious dinner. You`ll cherish the tranquil and serene surroundings.
Explore some of the city`s most famous hot springs at Bath House Row or take a leisurely stroll down to the Arkansas River. Don`t miss the opportunity to discover the historic downtown area, brimming with shops, restaurants, and attractions.
With its exceptional location and modern amenities, this 2-bedroom vacation rental is the ideal choice for your upcoming trip to Hot Springs.
We`re delighted to welcome your furry companions! A $75 pet fee per reservation is applicable, and we kindly request a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 40 lbs, and non-shedding.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs refrain from using furniture or beds. Please be responsible for cleaning up any messes your dogs may create during your stay. If our cleaners have to perform excessive cleaning, we will be passing those fees onto you.
For the safety and well-being of all, we require that pets be crated when you are not present at the property. Additionally, we ask that your dogs be housebroken and kept on a leash at all times when outdoors or within fenced spaces.
If your dog tends to be vocal, we kindly request that you do not leave them outside while they are barking to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant stay for everyone.

- Please park in specified areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
- **Smoke-Free Property**
- This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Remote Controls**
- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
- **Consumables**
- We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If these supplies are insufficient, please purchase additional items at any nearby store.
- **Quiet Hours**
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during these times.
- **No Pets**
- Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Parties**
- Parties are not allowed on the premises.
- **Cleaning Fees**
- **Excessive Cleaning:** A fee will be charged for excessive cleaning if the property requires additional attention beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stained or damaged linens
- Excessive trash or leftover food removal
- Significant cleaning beyond standard cleaning practices
- The fee for excessive cleaning will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required.
- **Long-Term Stays**
- For stays over two weeks, a mid-stay inspection is required. There’s no charge unless cleaning is needed, which would be at the guest’s expense.
- **Security**
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

- Grill must be cleaned after use. Cleaning tools provided under kitchen sink. If grill is left dirty a 50.00 cleaning charge will be billed to you.
