Sunset Beach was recently named one of the top 10 beaches in the country by National Geographic. The house is only 2.2 miles or a quick 4 minute drive to the Sunset Beach parking lot and pier. Enjoy the large open living area which overlooks the pond. You will be delighted watching the costal birds, numerous turtles and occasional alligator swim by from the comfort of the couch. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened-in porch overlooking the pond. Home includes large living area and dinning area with large table for games and puzzles that are provided in game closet , fully stocked kitchen with all cooking amenities and laundry room. Master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom queen size bed, 3rd bedroom 2 twins, full bathroom between the queen and twin bedrooms. Addition off kitchen has small bedroom with bunk beds and full size bathroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Its great for evening walks and admiring the beautiful intracoastal waterway which is directly across the street from the house. North Myrtle Beach is a 25 to 30 minute drive and Myrtle Beach about a 40 minute drive. The attached garage is not included in the rental and not for guest use. No cable but there is an antenna which picks up about 20 channels and the tvs are smart tvs so you can sign into your Netflix or Hulu accounts. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. If evidence of smoking or pets are found guest will incure additional fees and will be asked to vacate property with no refunds. Maximum of 8 guests at all times, Maximum of 4 vehicles at all times and no parking on the street. Outdoor quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8: 30 am. All linens and bath towels are provided. Property has outdoor security cameras.
