This property is perfect for individuals who enjoy nature. The 3 bedroom home sits on 1.5 acres with over 200 feet of river frontage. Enjoy kayaking and fishing on your private sandbar. At night you can roast marshmallows and hotdogs on the river by the fire pit. At night enjoy the fully furnished 3 bedroom home with all the amenities. Your next nature vacation is calling you! Once you are done with your day enjoying the outdoors enjoy cleaning up in the updated bathrooms.

Family gathering

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Had some family visit during the day and the kids enjoyed the back yard. The fire pit and swing set were a hit. The house was very comfortable and we appreciated the ceiling fans. Would definitely stay again.

Family getaway

Perfect for multi generation family get together. Family friendly, very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and plenty of room inside and out Quiet and peaceful on the deck and by the river. Great fun roasting hotdogs Had a little issue initially with obtaining key but very quickly resolved. Hosts are fantastic- rapid response both before and during our stay. Highly recommend

Perfect Spot For Our Family

This was the perfect spot for our families who came together to stay in the house. Everyone enjoyed being on the river. We had a campfire and cooked our dinner on the fire one evening. My grandson, age 9 loved running around and it was a new adventure for him. The house fit us perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and told other family members in the area about the house. They are going to recommend it for other out of town family members.

Great home, great time!

We came into town to see our son who lives in the area for an after Christmas Christmas. This house was perfect! A great way to relax and enjoy family time (they had smart tvs and board games too!) and sleep well at night. Our hosts were responsive and kind, the house is beautiful and spacious. I would love to come back in the warmer weather and enjoy the outdoor things more. Would 100% recommend this booking and would book again!

Quiet

The property was nice probably more of a summer space with the deck. It's big & spacious & clean. We really wanted a fireplace although one is pictured it's not for guests to use. We were disappointed about that.

Just what we needed!

The house and surrounding area was just what we were looking for. My son had tastings at 3 HyVees in the area to promote his Mahapi Sauce (mango, habanero and pineapple sauce). The whole family came with him to spend time when he wasn’t working. Being right on the river we could relax and do a little fishing in the evenings. The kids trick or treated in the very friendly neighborhood on Halloween. Lots of stuff to see and do and the place was very nice and the owner very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
