Hawaiian House – Hot Tub, Tropical Yard, Fire Pit & 2 Blocks to Indian Rocks Beach
Hawaiian House is a family-friendly home that features plenty of extras to make your stay relaxing. Comfortable and colorful with a Hawaiian vibe, our 3 bedroom 2 bath home is ideally located just a short 2 block walk to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. It is a meticulously well-kept and cozy home with plenty of unique beachy details. Exactly what a beach vacation home should be. The beautifully landscaped and lighted yard provides the feeling of being in your tropical paradise.
Kitchen/Dining: Just off the family room is the retro kitchen, complete with a cute red refrigerator/freezer and 50's style red dining table that seats 4. A stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, table service, cookware, and bakeware are all provided as well. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Living Room: The family room has a huge flat-screen TV, sofa, sitting area, and a beautiful view of the front yard tropical garden area from the large windows.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, front garden views, and an en-suite bathroom. The original built-in house has cute beach décor as well.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bathroom is retro style with a vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, and a tiled stand-up shower. The bathroom also has access to the laundry room breezeway that leads out to the quaint outdoor covered sitting area.
Bedroom #2: Has a Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. This room has a really neat built-in desk with a lamp for those wanting to work remotely, read a book at night, or use it as a vanity for getting ready. There are also plenty of built-ins for clothing in this room.
Bathroom #2: The second full bathroom is close to each guest bedroom and features a tub/shower combo, toilet, and large vanity top for getting ready.
Bedroom #3: Has (2) twin beds, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan.
Laundry: There is a full-size washer and dryer to use in the laundry room breezeway.
Outdoors: The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy and has two unique areas to relax and enjoy. One area is off the kitchen and features a gas grill with lounge chairs and a patio table with 4 chairs. A second backyard area features a covered patio with seating, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a hot tub, and string lights. There is also another patio table with 4 chairs and a gas fire pit with chairs around it to enjoy being outside and making memories of a wonderful time spent with family and friends.
We also have everything you need for a fun day at the beach, such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and beach towels. We even have a beach wagon for you to use to make getting everything you need to the beach easier.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces. Grass and street parking are not permitted.

Our Tropical Paradise Cottage is located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach just north of Walsingham Bridge and is easily walkable to several local restaurants, shops, and water sports rental shops. The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of them include Pinellas walking and biking trails, nature parks, playgrounds, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World.
