Welcome to “Seaside Beach Cottage” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Welcome to your coastal getaway at Indian Rocks Beach, where our 3-bedroom, 3-bath home awaits. Comfortably sleeping 9 with the use of the sleeper sofa in the living room. it's a perfect haven for family and friends. Our newly-designed backyard oasis boasts a heated pool for your pleasure and a sandy area for children's laughter and play. Stay tuned for new pictures of your next vacation paradise.

Need to Know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there. There will be a beach wagon of some kind

- Access to the back yard is though either the queen or king rooms or going out front and to the side of the home
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner facing entrance and another on the northwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Perfect escape

The house is newly remodeled and clean. Every room has its own bathroom and shower. The backyard has a nice pool to relax in and a grill to cookout and games to play with friends. Great location to the beach and close to several nature parks. I will definitely be back every year.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! It’s just a short walk to the beach but still tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was such a bonus that everyone had their own bathroom. Having a full laundry room made things incredibly convenient for our group. We did have a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but it was resolved quickly and—most impressively—on our schedule. The pool was spotless and beautifully maintained, as were all the living spaces. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be coming back every time we visit IRB!

Good location and great pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the pool was amazing. It was heated very well. Thanks to manager for very quick response to our questions.

Great stay!

The house is as pictured. Super close walk to the beach and in close driving proximity to other destinations for day trips. The hosts were very responsive.

Inidan Rocks Beach Getaway

This was a great place for a family getaway. The place was well represented on the VRBO site. Nestled in a neighborhood with a 3 minute walk to beach. Local restaurants very convenient at a 5 minute walk. Host was very communicative and very much appreciated.

The house had everything we needed, including a grill, washer/dryer, beach chairs, and extra towels. The electric lock with a code was very convenient. The beach was a close walk. We were also able to walk to nearby restaurants and ice cream parlors. The grocery store was only a 10 minute drive away. Had an amazing time and would definitely return.

Not a complaint but something to be aware of is that the pool at This house is not heated and I would say unusable in winter. The only complaint we have about this house is the king and queen beds should be replaced, at least a 4 inch drop from edge to middle. The bunk beds were nice. Would have no problem giving all 5 stars if the bed wasn’t so bad

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Had a problem with a propane tank for the grill and someone cam by to help. We originally had 10 people planning to go as the description of the house says it sleeps 10. If you are taking 10 it will be TIGHT! We only had 5 and we were very comfortable. Mich more than that and it woukd have been very crowded. It was overall a great place to stay and I would go back or and/or recommend to a friend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is a block away from the beach, very close walk. Which is very convenient. The house and space is very family friendly and had pretty much everything we needed for the beach, although we brought our own things. When we arrived the pool was a bit dirty, but the pool maintenance company came twice during our stay and cleaned it. For the cost of the cleaning fees paid I would expect the floors to be maintained a bit better (we had to sweep when we first arrived), and the couches could use an upgrade. The outside space is nice, and having your own private pool is definitely a plus. The house is within walking distance of a lot of stores, gas stations, ice cream shops, etc.

Great house close to the beach!

We had a great stay! The house was nicely decorated, very clean, and was well stocked with what we needed. The beach was only a short walk away with easy public beach access. The golf cart rental was great! And we really enjoyed the back patio area and pool. We had a few questions throughout our stay and the host was quick to respond. We love Indian Rocks and would stay at this home again!

Great property!

We have been coming to IRB for Spring Break for 5 years... this property was perfect! Great location and we loved the pool and outdoor TV! We have to sons and they loved having their own room with TV and bathroom too! Definitely would recommend!!

Better than expected

The property was bigger than the pictures suggest. Perfect for multiple family members with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms providing some privacy. Open kitchen and living room floor plan and large outdoor covered patio area great for family time. Pool beautiful and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Only frustration was getting trying to get a receipt and information from the management. It all worked out but I feel I had to ask for information (receipt, how to enter property, etc.).

Great spot!

I loved the location- near beach, shops, restaurants and nature preserve. Kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The washer and dryer were helpful and the kitchen was nice. My only critique is that I wish the bedrooms that opened to the outside had a deadbolt and/or the fence had a lock. Would have felt more secure with kids. Good place and would recommend. Overall had a lovely stay!

Lovely Beach Cottage!

The house was in a great location and was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We were provided with everything we needed and appreciated the beach accessories that were left for us. The back yard was very nice, and the pool was plenty big and great for cooling off. Our host was very responsive when we had any questions or needed to contact him. We would definitely recommend this house!
