You'll be within easy walking distance of beautiful Ogunquit Beach when you escape to this home in Wells, beautifully positioned on the edge of a tidal river and serene coastal marshland. It's the best of all worlds here - the ocean beach right down the road and spectacular riverfront sunsets to welcome you home.

Uniquely outfitted for a large group or an extended family, this home is spread out across three levels of living space. The main living area is on the middle floor, where you'll find gorgeous views of the neighboring river and wetlands. The living room has plush sofas, the adjacent dining table has seating for six, and the breakfast bar accommodates five more. The open kitchen offers ample cabinet and prep space, as well as every essential appliance at mealtime.

You can spend your mornings taking out one of the provided kayaks or savoring a mug of coffee on one of the two decks - one on the main floor overlooking the marsh and the other upstairs with a view of the ocean. There's also a gas grill, al fresco seating on the deck, and a washer/dryer to welcome you home from the beach each afternoon. At night, you can gather for a Netflix movie in either the TV room upstairs (with a minifridge to store your cold drinks) or the den downstairs (with a full-size refrigerator), or retire to the home office to return emails over the high-speed WiFi.

When it's time to turn in, you'll find four bedrooms on the main floor - three of which include an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are downstairs.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
