Another Great Stay!!

This home is a family favorite! We have come here in the Fall 3 of the last 4 years and hope to be back again next year. Great place to relax, with nearby hiking, shopping and numerous other activities.

Great location

You are paying for the spot for sure- it’s on a quiet street right on the beach. Some things could use fixing which I sent to the gal that’s overseeing the property. Hopefully they’re addressed :) it’s pricey so expectations are high.

Relaxing Ocean view, Beautiful Sunrise

We went to visit Maine for our first time, explore the east coast and found ourselves drawn back to the rental home where we could gather, cook meals and enjoy the ocean view. Walking along the beach was a delight, and watching the tide come in relaxing. A perfect location for a vacation.

Family Time 2024

We love this property. This is our second year- from infants to grandparents our family had so much fun relaxing and playing. The beach is amazing. Looking forward to our 2025 visit.

Amazing

This property is super clean and the location is perfect. This was our fourth year at this property and I have reservations for next year. My family loves this part of Drakes Island and the house is just perfect for a week. Look forward to next year.

Late Winter Family Getaway

My family has been vacationing on Drakes Island for 30+ years. In the past few years, we have added a long weekend tradition in the late winter or early spring. This is our second year staying at this property. We have loved every second of it and definitely plan to be back!

Summer 2023

Magical Family vacation, we had a large group including five little ones. We had so much fun every day between the beautiful beach and large yard and the house was immaculate. This property is one of our favorites and we look forward to our next stay.

Awesome location

This is a beautiful, spacious house right on a gorgeous stretch of beach! Peak out the windows to see the beautiful sunrise. Walk the beach day or night! The home is so spacious in all rooms including the gourmet kitchen and the bedrooms. The master suite is so nicely done. I’m grateful I was able to stay at this home and would love to come back again!!

Very nice beautiful weather weekend in February

House was nice, views and sound of the ocean was awesome. The deck was great for our morning coffee. Our only disappointment was access to the beach, the stairs were not out, understandable but no where did we see it mention that, so we had to jump down and up a 6 foot wall or climb down and up rocks.

Great house on Drake Island in Maine

Fabulous house, perfectly located on Drake Island Beach. The house has a Great Master Bedroom at the 2nd floor, with a fantastic view of the ocean. 2 other bedrooms with private bathroom. Great spacious kitchen opened to the dining room and family room at the 1st floor. Highly recommended.

Just right and full of joy

This house was the perfect setting for a girls weekend of relaxation and laughter. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals and sleeping with the sounds of the ocean in the background was perfection. First floor electrical did blink a bit but not enough to put a hamper on our fun.

357 Days Until We Return!!!

Yes, we are already counting the days until our return. This is our 4th year staying at this amazing house and we hope it will remain a tradition for many years to come. We have also maintained the tradition of adding another day to our stay each year - it simply is too hard to leave. It is so wonderful to feel as if we are in a sense returning "home." While this house is so elegant and spacious, it also maintains a cozy feel. I just love preparing meals in the fantastic kitchen with a view of the ocean and being able to chat and visit with family close by in the open and luxurious living space. The house is clean and well-maintained and the owners are quick to reply when a question arises. In truth words cannot describe our fondness for this home and beach and our gratitude for the ability to relax and rejuvenate as well as spend time with family in these amazing surroundings!!
