This King Bed w/Adjustable Base Master and Small Bedroom with Full Size Bed with adjustable base, and Queen sofa pullout is on the beach on the 28th floor penthouse level ceiling height with gulf-front balcony across Living Room and Bedroom. Paid seasonal beach chair setup for 2 chairs and umbrella at the resort is included. Resort features gulf beach access, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 2 outdoor jacuzzis; gym, indoor sauna, steam room game-room, restaurant "Waves", pool-side Tiki Bar, and convenience store serving ice cream and Starbucks coffee. Note: You will need to log onto www.TidewaterHoa.com and pre-register for your stay no later than 48 hours prior to your stay. There will be a $38.45 Fee (total for all guests) for your pre-registration(NOTE: REGISTER AS A 1 BEDROOM). PERFECT Stay--Great Unit and Resort

This condo was a perfect getaway! Nice & clean & smelled wonderfully fresh. Kitchen, laundry, & bathrooms were stocked perfectly. Seating on the deck offered tall Adirondack chairs, an Adirondack two seater glider & a lounger. So whatever your preference, was pretty much available. There was also a large chest on the deck w/water toys. The fireplaces in the entertainment centers in the living room & in the primary room were LOVELY! The bed & pillows were comfortable. I think zero-gravity was our favorite! We didn't use the bed in the other room, but did notice it was adjustable as well. There were little things that sound unimportant, but knowing they were there whether we used them or not, but were just plain thoughtful. Here are just a few I noticed: a counter top swivel mirror with 10x magnification, two (not just one like most places) suitcase stands, STURDY towel hooks, over the door hooks and other wall hooks, expanding dining table, comfy bar stools, binder with everything you need to know, basket of soft throws in living room, storage cubes, remotes for EVERYTHING for the perfect setting. We experienced no wait times on elevators & the parking garage was also much more spacious than other places. The resort staff were helpful and the included beach service was wonderful & we did as recommended & went down early to reserve so we would have front row. Information & communication with Ms. Lois was also PERFECT. Definitely recommend!

This property was beautifully decorated. It had ALL thr amenities of home. Very clean, modern, and stocked. The Host was very helpful, clear with instructions, and very knowledgeable of the area and condo rules. Would absolutely return .

Perfect relaxing break

We've stayed at Tidewater before, in the same floorplan, so no surprises there. It is nice, however, to work directly with the owner and not a management company: Lois was quick to respond and we had everything we needed before arriving onsite. Absolutely nothing we could fault in the condo: clean, comfortable, weel-equipped, and an amazing view from the 28th floor. No issues waiting for elevators since this was early March and all the communal areas were clean and well-maintained. We are regular visitors to the gulf coast and will likely be back at Tidewater in the future.

This property has views forever and ever... you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets year round from the balcony of 2812! The unit has had a nice face lift with lots of new decor and new HVAC and Hot Water Heater so that my guests do not have to worry about having a mechanical problem during their stay. I use a professional cleaning company and all linen in the unit is washed after each stay. I take pride in offering a top notch unit for my guest to enjoy.

Being on the 28th floor provides endless views of the beach, shoreline, and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The glass windows and sliding doors are the height of Penthouse level and create breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. The expansive balcony stretches the length of the living room and master bedroom and you will have access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. There is new poly-wood outdoor furniture on the balcony so that you an sit and take in the beauty you came for!! This unit has all the Kitchen gadgets need to prepare a wonderful meal and a new King mattress for sleeping in comfort. The unit is tucked back away from the main hall so that you are able to get the best privacy avilable at Tidewater. New HVAC and Hot Water Heater provides a decrease in the chances you will have some sort of mechanical inconvenience. Come, Enjoy and Relax at the Beach in this Great Unit!!
