LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!You can't beat this spot. right on a private beach with just a 50' walk down a short set of stairs. There was plenty of space for our entire family. We were 5 Adults and 3 kids (15,12,11) and we all had plenty of space to eat, sleep and hang out. Our visit was interrupted by Hurricane Erin, but we made the best of it. Dena is a great host. Very easy to communicate with. She answered our questions and responded to our needs quickly and efficiently. We would love to stay again.

You can't beat the location! We absolutely love it here. We've stayed many times and have had wonderful experience each time. The owner is always responsive and helpful. Just missed a whale siting off the beach but did get to see the rocket launch from NASA. Peace and beauty are what I think of staying here.

This was our 10th summer in Tower Shores and we have known past guests of this house. The location, right off the beach, is great and the host is very responsive. The house has everything we needed. I bought an 18 charcoal grill since the house does not have a grill. My family of 6 fit well and we had one overnight guest. It can easily sleep 8 or more. Great deck and a nice outdoor shower. If your are looking for the highest end amenities in tower shores, this is not for you. Also, I am 6 feet tall so the shower was a bit short for me but I’d take the location over the gourmet kitchens and high shower heads of the other properties we stayed in. We hope to be back in the summer of 2026.

Amazing open concept layout with terrific views of the ocean. Well stocked for a family visit and both decks offer wonderful views of the ocean.

View and location are perfect! You can watch kids on the beach from deck. House was very clean and more spacious than pictures show. Our family loved it!

Lovely home & location!

We loved our stay! The house is so much bigger than it appears in photos! Very clean and cozy, nicely decorated. Literally steps to the beach with a nice sized deck. We had no problems while there but I did get an immediate response from Dena when I emailed her with a couple general questions.

Bliss for a week!

My small family had a wonderful stay here at the end of August. The house is RIGHT on the beach with the easiest of access. The views from the master and living room are exceptional. There is an outdoor shower, which made everything SO much easier. The living area is large and "clutter" free, so it made having a 3 year old putz around very easy. The owner is incredibly responsive and kind. This was an odd summer (as you all know) and she was right there the whole way with updates and suggestions. The house sits right next to a private beach, which was awesome bc it meant in one direction you knew it wouldn't be crowded (at all) and the rest of folks there were pretty much all families. This was our first time to Bethany and we loved it! Definitely our fav (from OC vs. Rehoboth). We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Best Beach Week Yet!

Our family had an amazing week this year. Even though we were rained off the beach for a couple of hours we didn't mind because this year were stayed here! The home was beautifully maintained, comfortably spacious and you can't beat the view. Everyone agreed this was the best beach week we've had in more than 20 years.

Amazing!

I invited my two sons, their wives and their 2 babies to take a beach trip with me. We were lucky to have found this treasure! All 5 of us said it was the best vaycay ever! Perfect location, perfect house, perfect beach. The beach is literally steps from the house. The beach is a private beach with a small community using it, so it was never crowded. Daily we had a pod of dolphins dancing nearby in the ocean. The beach, the town of Bethany as well as the house were all spotless and upscale. This is a perfect family spot. The house has a nice open 1st floor plan with the deck just yards from the beach. The upstairs master BR also has a deck overlooking the beach. The owner was delightful and honestly, I cant imagine a nicer location than this. We plan to make this a yearly family trip. We were all very sad to leave.

Made Me Fall In Love With The Beah

For many years I just went to the beach because of the husband and the kids. After staying at this house 3 years ago I go because I LOVE the Beach. I feel like it is my own private section of peace and beauty. One cannot get any closer to the beach unless they sleep on the sand literally. It is perfect for small children who go in and out, adults who are limited to the amount of time they can spend in the sun, teenagers who want to feel like they have freedom yet can be supervised and not even realize it. The house is perfectly located to many destinations without a long drive. If you like to bike or walk you have access to the main costal highway with separate lanes to do so. The house is clean, and the owner is a lovely woman who I have gotten to know a bit over the years from staying there. I love this house and will stay here from now on.

BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER!

This was the 1st time we stayed in this house and we will stay here every year from now on! it suited our family perfect and we have never stayed in a cleaner, nicer place in all the years we've been coming to the beach. There was everything we needed for a great week and there was plenty of room for all of us. We look forward to staying again next summer. Thanks so much for the use of your beach house!!

Summer Fun!

This is a great vacation place for those who prefer to be off the main track, but still want access to Bethany Beach, Dewey, and Rehoboth for restaurants, the boardwalks, and shopping. Stepping from the deck out onto the sand in the morning and diving right into the ocean is a tremendous luxury, and the sound of the waves at night can't be beat. The townhouse is nicely appointed with the necessities, including beach chairs and an umbrella. And, there's enough elbow room that despite the fact that we had several teenagers staying with us my wife and I never had to flee looking for quiet. Last, the owner was very nice to work with in setting up our stay. This was a great week of relaxation for our family, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

Can't Wait to Go Back!

We can not say enough good things about this rental! We (6 adults, two 2 year olds, and two babies) recently spent two weeks together in this home. It was everything we hoped it would be, and more! You can not beat the location of this rental. A clean, quiet beach is literally right outside your door. The beach was never crowded and being right on the water made it convenient for lunch and naps back inside for the little ones. We would leave our things right on the beach and during nap time, one of us would sit on the deck while still being able to enjoy the sun and sounds of the ocean. The pictures of this rental just do not do it justice. It is very clean and well-maintained. The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious, including the 4th "bedroom" (which has its own closet, windows, and entry to the hall). There is a sliding door between it and the master bedroom that can be closed for complete privacy. The downstairs living and kitchen area is one large "great room" and very spacious (much bigger than the pictures make it out to be!). The table is big enough for a large family and we never once felt cramped. The house has so many great ammenities to offer: washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, pack and play, blow up mattress, nice beach chairs, hair dryer, and a well stocked kitchen. There are even some toys and games and a folding gate that can be used for the little ones on the deck (the house is very kid friendly). You really do not need to bring much besides linens and clothes! We loved the location of this home. There is a small playground a few houses down and you are only a few minutes drive from downtown Bethany where there are shops, restaurants, mini golf and a large playground with basketball courts. We made the drive to Rehoboth (20 minutes) and Ocean City, Maryland (about 45 minutes) a few times to enjoy the boardwalk rides and attractions. There is also a huge Tanger Outlet Center (in addition to many restaurants) in Rehoboth. Finally, the owner was great to work with. When we had an issue with the wireless internet not working, she was quick to respond and called to get the company out to make repairs. She was even kind enough to pass along 100% of the credit she was given by the company for the days we went without service. It was an unnecessary, but considerate gesture. We absolutely loved this beach home and can not wait to come back next year. We hope to make this our annual vacation spot for many years to come!

Best Bethany Beach House and Best Owner

Sitting on the beach one day, my 5 year old daughter said it best "This is the best house in the world. The entire ocean fits in the backyard." We had a family of 2 5-year old's, 2 40-year old's, 1 50-year old, and 2 80-year old's. Everyone had a great time, didn't get in each others way, had plenty of room, and the house had something for everyone. All we brought were sheets, towels, and beachwear. In fact, my husband and I flew in from the Midwest with the two kids and two backpacks, and we took too much (thanks to the washer and dryer)! The master bedroom was perfect because it has an adjacent den with sliding doors, so the kids slept in the twin with trundle and felt comfortable. The den is large enough that it really is another bedroom with a full closet and view of the ocean. This is the center unit, which gives it enormous decks off the master and living room. The outdoor shower is so convenient, as is having all the beach chairs available. This house is the ideal beach house! We didn't want to go out to eat because our view was the best. We saw 20+ dolphins one morning from the living room and deck. The pictures are true- you walk off the deck straight into the sand. Now, the ocean...private beach, nice waves, nice neighbors, plenty of room to stretch out. When we went to the boardwalk in Bethany, we were shocked to see how packed the beach was. Not a problem here! My father in-law brought a huge canopy, and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves every day. No staking out areas early in the morning! This house is stocked with everything you'll need and more. The living room and kitchen are enormous. You won't believe it!! Finally, the owner. She is simply amazing, and we have to thank her for letting us rent her fabulous beach house! If you want to truly experience what it is like having your own private beach house, this is the one. We have stayed in large, detached private homes one house from the beach in Bethany, and wow- what a huge difference being right on the beach! Love, love, love this house and what a great vacation!

Fantastic Beach House...Fantastic Vacation

My family and I enjoy a wonderful vacation staying in this great beach house. The pictures and description online do not do this place justice! First and foremost, this home is very clean and very spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers and space was never an issue. All eight slept very comfotably upstairs. And the layout and space on the first floor is better than expected. It has an open layout, a large table and several chairs for people to congregate. For the evenings and other few times that we didn't want to be outside, we were all very comfortable and had plenty of room to just "hang out." The home also comes well equipped with to make a stay so convenient. Plenty of furniture and the kitchen is exceptionally stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, appliances, etc. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus as well. We were also very please wit hthe location. We were far enough away from things to feel our privacy, but at the same time we were only minutes away from endless activities, food, shopping and such both noth and south on the strip from us. And if you happen to be interested in golf there are plenty of courses to choose from within 30 minutes. And naturally the best thing about this home is that all you have to do is walk off the back patio and you are literally on the beach. Any beach lover will love this location as the very nice, clean non-public beach. The 2 ocean side patios on the house are both very relaxing and have plenty of deck furniture to enjoy...and the outdoor shower is convenient as well. Lastly, the home owner was a pleasure to work with. Again, my family and I enjoyed a great week here and would recommend this to any other family or friends. We are even considering a return ourselves.

The perfect "Home Away"

I can't say enough about how great this house is! It was literally 6 steps off the back deck onto a beautiful, quiet beach. The house itself is so well-equiped, we didn't unpack an entire crate of household items. The house, upstairs and downstairs is very spacious, bright, inviting. We wanted for nothing and could have stayed forever. I would buy it in a heartbeat! It was also extrememly safe and comfortable for my 16-month old son and that's saying a lot!

Great HOuse

Fabulous, spacious house on a fantastic beach! The ocean is just steps away and my kids had a blast boogie boarding in the waves. Great deck to have dinner on and relax. Shops and restaurants just a few minutes south in Bethany, and even more 10 minutes north in Dewey. We'll definitely be back!

Our best vacation ever!

We loved this property! You cannot get a better location. It was quiet and comfortable. The beach is clean and not crowded. The ocean is steps away, the stars fill the sky at night. The home is even nicer than the pictures portray, it was spacious and very clean. Our teenagers loved it and our parents loved it. The owner, Ms. Adler was very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and stay here again.

Location, location, location. We enjoyed our week at this spacious, well equipped townhouse minutes to everything with spectacular views of the ocean. Would definitely go back!
