Come enjoy the ocean views right on the water at our Beach Front Boca Grande Adventure Property! This spacious 5 bed, 4.5 bath luxury home with an open, airy floor plan sleeps up to 12 and has space for the entire family and is the perfect place to enjoy both the sand and water with our Adventure Package (see below for details)! Skip renting water toys from another vendor and spend the afternoon on the water with our sea kayaks and paddle boards stored right onsite in the garage! We even have beach cruiser bicycles and a 6-seater golf cart ready for you to explore the island in true Boca Grande fashion!

North facing oceanfront views from the master suite and anywhere else from the back of the house, no matter which floor. Large back yard with remote controlled hot tub and heated pool right next to 100 feet of private white sand beach with direct access to the open water, 3 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico or 2 minutes to Cape Have Aquatic Preserve or Gasparilla Sound from our private dock. We also have a guest boat lift and 39' of deep-water dock space! (Lift limited to 5,000 lbs. boat weight)

Spend your vacation lounging pool or seaside, take a walk to the north tip of Boca Grande Island at low tide for some of the State's best shelling, or fishing around the docks along the beach. Enjoy the breeze off the water from the lanai patio deck on the ground level or the enclosed veranda and deck on the second floor. Quick driving or golf cart access to Boca's best restaurants or go home-cooked in the large kitchen with a large breakfast nook and larger dining area at your disposal. Family meals are no problem with multiple options to eat both indoors and out with the entire family.

Master suite on the top floor has a king bed with panoramic views of the water and built-in desk space for remote working if you have to clock-in for a few hours. This suite also has a large bathroom that includes Jack & Jill sinks with large walk-in shower and a jetted Jacuzzi tub. Other bedrooms include a king, two queens and a pair of double beds for the kids.
