This single-level 2bd/1ba villa is ready to be your home away from home. The villa is fully furnished with everything you might need for an extended stay in sunny Florida. You will enjoy spacious rooms, modern furniture, and a screened-in porch for outdoor dining. The fenced-in backyard is just the right amount of space for dogs to get some outdoor time. The unit includes a full-sized washer/dryer and wifi.
Conveniently located approximately one mile from Main Street Safety Harbor, where you will find beautiful palm-lined streets with restaurants and shops. You'll enjoy strolling down the Safety Harbor pier and watching for manatees. Continue your exploration by exploring neighboring Philippe Park.

Safety Harbor is a cool town with a lot of things to do and close to other towns and beaches.

Very nice location and quiet neighborhood.

The home was immaculate and cozy. Great scenic area. Short walk to the Bay, park and Main St where there is always an event to enjoy.

My husband and I stayed here for three months and would definitely come back. Sharlene’s place is very clean, tasteful beachy decor, and conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Safety Harbor. Sharlene was very easy to reach when we had a small incident (the AC went out) and she had the repair man there in no time. The Villa is located pretty close to the heated pool which was very nice. The neighborhood was very nice, safe and quiet. Daily walks and bike rides along the bay were incredible! This place is a real gem!

Wonderful villa

Property is exactly as shown in pictures. We walked or e-biked everyday to downtown. Great location. We stayed for a month while we were looking to purchase our retirement home. Sharlene was always very responsive with answering questions.

I stayed for the month of January. The condo was perfect for a single guy like me. Not too big, not too small. Clean, quiet, well appointed, nice neighborhood. I walked or rode my bike to downtown Safety Harbor, walked to Phillipe Park, biked to the Courtney Campbell Causeway for a beautiful ride. I would definitely stay again.

quiet neighborhood

Cozy condo with lanai to relax on. Pool was a 2 minute walk and was never crowded. Homeowner provided everything we needed...beach towels, outdoor chairs, even a Keurig. There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking and Sharlene replaced it. She was very easy to contact and responded right away. The condo is about a mile walk to Main St. Safety Harbor and the Safety Harbor Spa. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect home away from home!

Sharlene was an excellent host. We had a couple of very minor issues with the TV (probably user error) and with a flickering light. She was on it right away and everything was quickly resolved. When we needed to extend our stay due to a family member's illness she was extremely accommodating. The Villa is lovely, with a small fenced-in back yard that was ideal for our dog. It is perfectly situated between lively downtown Safety Harbor and beautiful Philippe Park.. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience!!!

Best vacation ever

The property was beautiful, clean, and felt like home as soon as we walked in. We had no need for anything as the rental had everything we needed. We were there for a month and didn’t lack for anything. The screened in back patio was so nice we spent many happy hours outside. The area is so peaceful and beautiful. There is so much to do in Safety Harbor from restaurants, festivals, and outdoor recreation. We enjoyed the short distance to walk to Philippe Park everyday along the road that is beside the bay. It was so pretty and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation. My husband and I definitely recommend this rental. We hope to rent it again next time we go to Florida. The owner is friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Truly, Safety Harbor and this rental are complete jewels. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend our extended vacation. We left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Would not hesitate to recommend this rental!

Gem of Safety Harbor

We stayed here for 6 weeks after a cross country drive and move from WA state to Florida! We loved our time here!! Communication with Sharlene was great! She was so helpful!! We had everything we needed here! I cooked a fair amount of meals & never once couldn't find what I needed for utensils, pots/pans etc. This area is also so quiet! We never once heard a neighbor thru the walls. We also were kindly welcomed by the neighbors & everyone was so nice and friendly! The location of this condo is absolutely amazing! We walked on Bayshore drive most morrnings and saw the sunrise. Also walked again evening. A short drive or walk into town too and down town is sooo fun!! Many beach days with Honeymoon island being our favorite. This is simply a great place to stay in Safety Harbor and affordable. We were tempted to buy the condo for sale across the street! We are excited to call Safety Harbor our new home and have fond memories of this being our first stop as we fell in love with SH. Thank you, Sharlene for making our stay so great! We will always have great memories of our stay at your place.

Fantastic rental in the hidden gem that is Safety Harbor, Fla. clean, safe and secure and perfect for traveling pets. Loved the quiet neighborhoods down the rental unit had EVERYTHING we needed. You will enjoy the town and nearby park along with the great Florida weather. We will be back. JH

WONDERFULL!!!!!

My husband and I had to stay here for an extended stay (30) days…. It was really a home away from home. Had everything you need . Beautiful area and Safety Harbor is so close and has so many amazing restaurant. Highly recommend staying here!!!! The neighbors are wonderful too!
