In Oldsmar, located near Tampa, Dunedin, Palm Harbour, Clearwater and St Petersburg.This ideal location is minutes from the Bay and just 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The waters of Tampa Bay, the Gulf and Lake Tarpon combine to make these an area of unparalleled recreational and leisure time activities.
This second floor recently renovated condo is located in the premier community of East Lake Woodlands Country Club. This is a large gated community encompassing both condominiums and single family homes with lakes, walking / jogging paths, tennis, swimming pools and two PGA Golf Courses and more. This condo is very nicely furnished and equipped.
This is an ideal condo for long or short term vacation.
Less than 30 minutes to Busch Gardens & Adventure Island,
90 minutes to Orlando Theme Parks,
20 minutes from Tampa International Airport,
90 minutes from Orlando International Airport,
20 minutes Clearwater Beach,

Everything was perfect in the apartment. It was well equipped with anything we could possibly need during our stay. Location was quiet and an ideal location to explore the west side of the Florida coast

Very nice clean condo. Convenient to beaches, Tampa, and Tarpon Springs. On a hot day the mandatory leave the thermostats at 76 is a little warm but we took a small fan for the bedroom and slept comfortably.

Great place to stay

We’re golfers so all we wanted to do is come in take a shower and go golfing and go out to dinner. This was a good facility for that. We enjoyed everything and the host was very good.

Wonderful condo

The condo is great. Wonderful location. Close to shops and walking trails, and golf. Lots of good restaurants close by The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well. We have stayed several times and have never been disappointed

Had a great stay and look forward to retuning. Fantastic location, quiet with everything near by. Communication with the hoist always quick & easy and Bruce was great to deal with onsite.

Great condo and location

We were able to enjoy the pool and Disney during our vacation. The condo is supplied with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Definitely will stay there again. Wendy was very nice and responsive.

Lovely modern property

A pleasant apartment on an immaculate complex, very quiet and convenient for shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is heated to 90 which even on cool days makes swimming a pleasure.

Great vacation!

We liked the property overall. Our first time in the condo and we werent sure if we could use the water toys or beach equipment. It would've been nice to know ahead of time.

Cozy condo, great location!

The condo is located in the Eastlake Woodlands neighborhood of Oldsmar just a few minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, and major highways. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything you need. I stayed for 3 weeks! My son and I loved using the pool that's a short walk away. There's a nice view of a treeline from the screened balcony and the owners were very responsive during back-to-back hurricanes. I would definitely recommend!

No other way to travel

The location was great & the cost is great compared to national hotel chains. Wendy is so easy to communicate with and the keys were waiting for us on our arrival. I enjoy the privacy of the condo as well as the gated community aspect. The grounds are beautiful with many different species of native wildlife including birds, both large & small, squirrels, rabbits, ducks and even a juvenile gator in one of the lakes. We didn't bother to look for its mother lol. The condo itself is very well maintained and modern. We would definitely stay there again if we venture back to that part of Florida and I would recommend it to couples or families traveling to central or western Florida!!

Great Location But Beware of Which Condo you May Get

We have just arrived back home from a stay over Christmas. I made the reservation back in April this year. The condo complex is located in Oldsmar and is a fantastic location as it's close to Tampa, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Clearwater. The condo owner, Wendy, was always very good about responding back to me in a timely manner when I had any questions. The weather was also fantastic as it was above average for this time of year and our temperature was usually in the low 80's! We didn't use the pool but it is heated and there weren't too many people using it. The condo was plenty big enough for the two of us and there is also enough room for four people. There is a cot there as well so it can sleep five people. Renters Beware: There are three condos that are available for rent and all three are in Wendy's family even though there is only one property listing with one set of pictures on this website. Two weeks prior to our trip, I found out that there were two condos available for rent and Wendy did tell me that they were all comparable so I didn't think anything of it. The condos were comparable in their layout, however the kitchen in this condo we had was nothing like the pictures in the property listing. All the appliances in this kitchen, including the microwave, were very old along with the cupboards and drawers. We used the oven a couple of times and once it heated up, the top of the stove was very very hot to the touch. As well in the property listing it stated that basic soap and toilet paper was provided. When we arrived, there was only a little bit of liquid soap left in all the dispensers and there wasn't any extra toilet paper in any of the cupboards. We ended up buying more of these items. While these issues didn't make or break our vacation, I just wanted to let others know that there is a chance the condo you get won't be the same as the pictures in the listing.

It’s very disappointing that you’ve scored 2/5 but yet say the issues didn’t make or break your holiday! This is the first time we have had to unfortunately allocate another condo like this. We fully communicated and responded to your multiple questions during your stay. As you’ll see from all previous feedbacks, we pride ourselves on the standard we provide, all to date have scored 5/5. We don’t provide hotel accommodation and the soaps, shampoo, toilet roll etc that go with it, we do however provide a very reasonably priced accommodation with the basic essentials to get you started. There will always be soap/toilet roll etc to get you started but we do not provide these for the duration of your stay and we state within our guests guidance book to please replace what’s used for our next visitors. This was the first time I have heard there was an issue with the oven! Our condos are covered by a maintenance contracts to deal with any faults with any of the appliances and our caretaker can give the company access for repairs.
