Rum Punch is a legendary nautical estate with stunning ocean views at best location regardless of what you/our guests/ choose to do. Providing ultimate luxury, privacy, security, uninterrupted power and communications and confidentiality Rum Punch has been the premier choice of prominent families, businessmen, celebrities and powers to be. There is a private beach for guests to enjoy. We understand that time is your most precious asset and we do our utmost to maximize your quality time while staying at Rum Punch.

Every room in this 4-bed house has ocean views. On the second floor is the main living area with a vaulted ceiling and an open living/dining area with a beautiful custom kitchen with teak cabinets. There are two screened-in patios located off the living area facing east and west and an open sundeck on the south side, ideal for enjoying the cool ocean breezes and outdoor entertaining. The master bedroom is also located on this level with a spacious bathroom and jetted jacuzzi tub. The lower ground floor offers the other 3 bedrooms and baths with an entry lounge area, laundry facility, full bath with shower and a half bath. There is a spacious private outdoor shower located near the entry. Private beach access is minutes away.

Great house on Staniel

Absolutely amazing place on Staniel! Was even decorated for the holidays! Very close to everything but also secluded with no neighbors. Perfect place! We will be back!!!

Christmas at Rum Punch House

My family had a wonderful time. Rum Punch has 2 screened of porches to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen has everything you would need for a big group, including an espresso machine! The closet full of beach supplies was incredibly convenient and useful. Everyone enjoyed their stay and slept well in comfortable beds. We will not hesitate to book again.

Island Getaway

The house was very nice and spacious. The outdoor shower was fantastic. The only negative was the WiFi didn’t work for us.

Perfect for our needs

We needed a 2-day accommodation while stopping through on our boat. The home is a laid back, old school beachy cottage. The kids loved it.

Convenient for pilots visiting Staniel

Rum Punch is a great house with wrap around porches and very close to the air strip. It’s a bit worn, but everything works and was clean. It looks like something is under construction in the back of the home but that didn’t degrade our experience. The kitchen is well equipped. I’d definitely ask to stay here again on our next trip to Staniel Cay.

Pleasant stay

Communication up to Check in was good and helpful. Unfortunately Check in there was no communication and we could not reach anyone during our stay. We had some issues with wifi and the oven, hopefully this gets resolved. Otherwise we had a great time. Home was clean and well stocked. Dont forget your Mosquito repellant and to book a golf cart in advance.

Fabulous home on Staniel Cay

Rum Punch has everything you need for a lovely stay on Staniel Cay. Complete with beach towels, mats and umbrellas, not to mention a fabulous espresso machine. Highly recommend enjoying one of the several porches at night and turning off the lights and looking at the stars. I have not seen stars like that for a while. Very clean and comfortable home in a wonderful location. Tip for other travelers: Bring eye masks if you are sensitive to light.

Easter 2022

Rum Punch was perfect for us!! Plenty of room. Very private. Everything in the house was clean and functioning. We were greeted at the airport and brought to the house by the house manager Burkie. He help us get our golf cart rental and answered all or questions. The house isn’t on the water but with a golf cart you are 5 minutes from several beaches and stores. The kitchen is fully stock with cooking items. They also provided beach towels and beach umbrellas. All in all a very nice property. We will most likely be return clients.

Wonderful Stay in Staniel Cay

We truly enjoyed our short trip to Staniel Cay, in large part to Nalini, Berkie and Vivian, who were so helpful and kind and truly went the extra mile for us. I can’t thank them enough. The house was spacious, clean and centrally located. Highly recommended!

When life gives you Rum... add Punch!

Words cannot express how incredible Rum Punch was for our family of 6! This was a last minute booking due to unforeseen circumstances, and we couldn't have been happier. Our experience not only at Rum Punch and with the booking process, but with the staff they have to assist and their responsiveness to a minor, insignificant-to-our-stay request was nothing but sublime. This was my wife & I's second visit to Staniel Cay and the Exumas (first aboard a charter in 2019) and our planned itinerary this trip was to rendezvous a yacht with family for a 64th birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the vessel had experienced events beyond their control which left them unable to make the reservation, but we continued to keep our flights and see what transpired. Aware of the typical local availability of necessities, we booked Rum Punch for 5 nights on VRBO with our fingers crossed that we'd still have a vacation of a lifetime, and the villa played an integral part in the experience we had exploring all around Staniel Cay! Berkie & Vivian Rolle are wonderful people that helped make sure we had what we needed upon arrival, and assisted with golf cart and boat rental during our stay. We had incredible dining experiences at SCYC and had a blast taking a 17' Whaler we rented from Isles General Store all the way from Great Guana Cay to Compass Cay... Iguanas, Thunderball Grotto, Swimming Pigs, Rachel's Bubble Bath all at our own pace and multiple times throughout the week! Something we'd NEVER experienced aboard a charter! 10/10 - WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Large, Lovely Home--Fully Stocked Kitchen

Large, two-story home in a great location. Great bedrooms and upstairs kitchen area. Rented a golf cart and was easily able to access everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with multiple pots/ pans/ silverware/ plates/ cups, etc. Even had games for kids. Great wall unit a/c's with remotes. Property manager was extremely helpful and available. Loved our stay at Staniel Cay!
