Thunderball Point is a Luxurious, modern designed, oceanfront home with gorgeous views of the ocean and beaches! The house has high ceilings and a bright and open floor plan. The upstairs(main floor) has spacious 3BRs /3Baths, custom beautiful full kitchen w/island, ice maker etc. dining area and living room, w/sliding doors showcasing the most spectacular and panoramic views. Outside there is a large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture overlooking the ocean. The 2nd level(downstairs)has a 1BR/1Bath and a Bahama room with 2 adult bunk beds and a mini kitchen and large covered deck overlooking the ocean. There is an 80' dock with 2 X 50 amps power&water.
The property is located in the sweet spot of Staniel Cay, just a few steps from the best beach on the Island, Pirate Beach.
Incredible beaches are all just minutes away. The elevated views from the property are breathtaking. Sunsets are incredible. Watch every evening for the spectacular colors as the sun sinks into the sea.

Amazing property and an even better host. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect and the home is beautifully maintained. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Staniel Cay! You won’t be disappointed!

Phenomenal house in Staniel! The views from the decks were amazing! This house accommodated our group perfectly. It has everything you need and was stocked better than my own home! The kitchen has tons of cookware, dishes and utensils. Every detail was well thought out in this home!The beds, linens and towels felt like luxury! We enjoyed relaxing on the decks outside after a day out on the boat.

Amazing house words don't do justice to the place. Everything is first class and everything you need is there even down to poker chips!! Just incredible can't recommend it highly enough.

Just a perfect stay

This home is everything and more one would want for a stay in the islands. So well appointed and so well stocked. (I was all, what are the chances there is a microplaner...there was). Every room is comfortable, the home easily absorbs 10 guests without ever feeling crowded. The house manager, Roland, is the cherry on top. Thank you Kelly and Inga for being such incredible hosts, the home is perfection.

Vacation

No a/c in the bedrooms for 2 days, downstairs not clean. Problems with the pre-rented boat, didn't get to use for 2 days & owner promised a reimbursement and never got one..We had an hour & half boat ride to the other island for our flight and problems again with the boat. Frightening to be in the middle of the ocean, not knowing if your going to make it or not.

Birthday weekend

We traveled to Thunderball Point for my birthday weekend with a group of 12. We found the property to be exactly as expected by the pictures on the website. Roland( the house caretaker) met us at the airport and we picked up a few golf carts that we ordered and headed to the property. Half of our other group came by water in our boat and were able to tie up and dock at the house. We found the house immaculate and very well stocked with all of the necessities and more. It is beautifully decorated and had every amenity that we would have wanted. The beds were large and comfortable. The ice machine was an amazing asset in having the boat there also. Roland made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed and wanted. The view is incredible out the back porch and we were able to swim off of the dock. We cooked and barbecued which was nice. All new appliances and washer and dryer were available.the communication with the owners and Roland was great. We can’t wait to return to this property hopefully- Staniel is a magical place!

Stay in Staniel

We love staying here. This is our second time and will come back again. We came by Boat and there is great dockage.....house and views are amazing and the AC is cold. What is not to love.

Perfection

We’ve been visiting Staniel for several years now. This is our second season staying at Thunderball Point Villa. It is as perfect this year, as last year. The on island property manager is SO helpful. He met our earlier freight plane and stocked the house for us. Our flight later in the day was delayed and he waited an hour for us even though didn’t have to, we knew everything about this gorgeous house from last year. The pictures cannot capture the beauty of this home, its view, or the feelings it evokes as you relax in its spaciousness. It is impeccably clean and so well-provisioned in every way. The owners have anticipated every need, from a commercial ice maker to an enormous linen closet stocked like Bed Bath & Beyond with spare luxurious bedding for indoors as well as outdoor beds and loungers. If you like to cook, the kitchen and the full room size pantry will have everything you need. Mortar and pestle? Yep. Every type of serving vessel, pan etc. The pantry has everything from pirate’s costumes to first aid supplies. If you don’t like to cook, you can hire Roland to cook for you. It is simply an extraordinary experience, worth every dollar. We don’t miss a pool as the best beach on the cay is steps away, deserted, and the water is as clear, calm and warm as any pool. I’m certain we will return for a third time and beyond. My son just said it’s majestic, jaw dropping, and accommodating in every way you can imagine, and smells like fresh agave and sea breeze.
