Close to Baylor & Silos: 3 BR Home Pickleball Court, Ping Pong Table & Barn

Perfect stay for a family or friend getaway! A little vacation all by itself with a Pickelball Court, Beautiful 3 bedroom home with a loft is surrounded by tall trees and countryside, a beautiful Barn with a minature donkey and goat, Ping Pong table, Corn Hole, fully stocked kitchen & outdoor BBQ for fun meals at the house!

We have outdoor furniture under the covered patio porch by the BBQ, rocking chairs by the front door & two more on the veranda by the pond area.

Enjoy an open living room, dining area, and kitchen. 2 flat screen TVs w/Apple TVs to catch a movie or listen to music!

The kitchen is an open air kitchen with an island that has four barstools. Dining room table is perfect for family/friend dinner, card & board games. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, pizza pan, slow cooker, blender for smoothies or cocktails, wine glasses, cheese boards etc. Everything you need for cooking should be readily available for you!

The master bedroom is large with a king bed & twin daybed. The master bathroom is a large bathroom with two sinks, walk in closet and a large shower with two shower heads.

The first room upstairs has one queen bed, and the second bedroom upstairs has two full beds.

The loft also has a twin daybed.

In addition, we have 2 single futons for extra sleeping. The futons are in the closets with sheets, bedding & extra pillows.

A full bathroom upstairs, and 1.5 baths downstairs.

The house is centrally located, so it is close to all of the highlights in Waco!

-Baylor University is only 11 miles away. Nearly a straight shot on University Parks Dr. McLane Stadium, The Ferrell Center, the baseball fields, and so much more!

-Magnolia Market at the Silos & Downtown is just 12 miles down the road. Enjoy all the shopping you can imagine, and grab a bite to eat too!

-Waco Surf (Former BSR) is 19 miles. A great place to catch the waves or relax in the lazy river! Did you know they have the longest lazy river? It's great!

Perfect spot for graduation celebration!

Beautifully decorated, open, spacious and well maintained home! The hosts have thoughtfully stocked the home with all the bells and whistles. All our guests kept complimenting the property and home. Easy drive to Baylor! We loved our stay and wish we would have discovered this property years ago.

Overall, it was a nice place. The kids loved the pickle ball and the donkeys outside. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for us. But, we were within 15 minutes of canceling because the host did not respond to us or give us check-in instructions. We had to talk to half the population of India to finally get somebody to get a hold of the host to get us the codes and the check-in instructions. The house has all concrete floors and no rugs. So everything echoes and is very loud in the house the more people you get there it can be kind of overwhelming and you can’t hear each other. There were not enough blankets or sheets for the beds in the house. I would probably give it to stars, but my wife liked it better. Because of the interaction, we will probably not use VRBO anymore and use a different service. I was on the phone for an hour with the ““ Indian customer service of VRBO to get the check-in instructions, which is unacceptable. Hopefully the host takes this as constructive criticism because overall the house is nice it is easy to get into town and with just a little bit of tweaking it could really be a nice place.

Peaceful Getaway!

This girls trip was amazing. We enjoyed the dock, saw all kinds of birds and animals, weathered a severe thunderstorm with 60 MPH winds and enjoyed an amazing sunset. The games provided were great!

Wonderful location!

We enjoyed our short stay at your home while visiting Baylor University with our two daughters. The home was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The farm animals and pickleball were enjoyed by the kids and adults! Convenient to Baylor, Magnolia, and downtown Waco.

Beautiful home - unique features!

The donkey and goat were a hit with my family, along with the pickle ball court. We had everything we needed for a long weekend stay, the beds were comfortable and the home was spotless. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Loved the Pickleball!

We had a weekend with our Adult kids and this place was great. We explored Waco and then had a good place to hangout. It is beautifully decorated and we loved the pickleball court. We did have a miscommunication about a couple items, but the owners were honest and fixed them beyond what we expected. I highly recommend this place!

Eclipse get away

Loved Stanton Ranch! We played pickleball all day and spent plenty of time feeding the donkey and goat. And, it was a perfect spot to take in the total eclipse! House was exactly as advertised, plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 teens.

Thanksgiving celebration

Beautiful property, plenty of outdoor space for the kids. The pickle all court was a hit! The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner.

Fantastic weekend in Waco

This house will not disappoint you! The pickle ball court was great time. Kids had a fun time petting the donkey and goat. The property manager was very responsive.

Highly suggest!

Great property- nestled back within a cozy group of trees, feels like you’re on your own little retreat. Everything was clean and thought out- we cooked a big birthday dinner for one of our guests and had everything we needed- really a great trip. A small trek into Waco, but worth it. Hope to come back soon!

Nice and relaxing

We enjoyed the property after a Spartan OCR in Waco. The goats and donkey were so much fun and let us know when they wanted attention. The pickle ball court was a ton of fun. We enjoyed the back patio where we hung out and grilled.

We loved the Stanton Ranch!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Stanton Ranch. The pickle ball court was a great addition. The animals (2 donkeys & 3 goats) were so much fun! The house was clean & spacious. We loved the decorations. It was close to Waco but far enough away to get the country feel too. We would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Stanton Ranch! Pickle ball was icing on the cake. I wouldn’t have minded being a little closer to campus as we were visiting our Bear. It was worth being a few miles away to have everyone under one roof.

Our house has a touch of our love of surfing with country. We know that when you rent a house, you’d like to cook and enjoy the house. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you needed for family/friend dinners. We have a BBQ and outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful afternoons. We have pickleball court, ping pong table, corn hole, board games, chess etc for non-stop fun! A vacation in itself! Enjoy!
