**This condo is only rented out 6 weeks per year and is impeccably maintained with all of the amenities a family needs to make their ski vacation easy and fun! This condo has all 5-star reviews with many repeat bookings!**

This newly updated condo in Townsend Place is located right in the heart of Beaver Creek with ski-in/ski-out access and less than a 5 minute walk to the village. It is right on the banks of Creekside Park with a great Children's Playground and family-friendly summer and winter activities.

This 2-bedroom condo features a large living room, wood-burning fireplace, two full bathrooms, master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with two twin XL bunk beds (4 beds total), and a fully stocked kitchen.

If you have never been to Beaver Creek, you are in for a treat! This luxury resort has long runs that are not crowded and wait times are nearly non-existent compared to other Colorado resorts. The mountain has terrain ranging from beginner to expert level, so everyone in your group is happy! After a long day on the slopes, enjoy apres ski at several world-class hotels and restaurants that are just steps away from the condo or ski back to Townsend place, sit by the fire, and watch a movie on the big screen.

Katie, thank you for sharing your home with us. My family had a fantastic spring break ski trip and the convenience and amenities of your place made all the difference. Thank you for your prompt and accurate communications leading up to our visit. We loved the ski in/ski out location and the hot tub that we used every night after skiing all day. Our family of 5 stayed at this rental for a ski vacation and it was beyond expectations. The location was perfect and it accommodated all of us comfortably. The unit was very nice and well equipped. The bunk beds were fun for the kids. It was our first time to Beaver Creek and after exploring a day we realized how great a location it was. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the Village and there are trails in the back of the property that can’t to take you there. We had used the road out front the first few days to get around before we realized the trail.. It is ski in and ski out. You can ski out on the elk horn lift otherwise you can take the short walk to the village. There is also a small park right behind the unit which was excellent for our younger kids. There is a playground a few smaller hills for sledding. We have already booked the unit again for next year and can’t wait to go back.

Beaver Creek Beauty

My husband and adult daughter stayed four nights for a quick ski getaway. The property was very well equipped for cooking/grilling, and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities, as well. The hot tub was wonderful, as was the use of the ski lockers and the ski in, ski out just feet away from the condo building. We would highly recommend this property for a family ski trip, and will stay again next season!

Awesome family ski vacation!

This rental was perfect for our family of five. The condo is cozy and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well equipped to eat in and my girls loved sharing the bunk room. The location is desirable with ski in/ski out access and a quick walk up to the village. Katie is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us - we will surely be back!

Perfect Location, Excellent Condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family over NYE week. The owners communication was excellent and very helpful. The condo itself is very clean and very well appointed and laid out. We were here with our 3 children and everyone had plenty of space and we were all very comfortable. The main bedroom with its own bathroom is very nice and the 2 bunk beds were a hit with our kids. We loved that the dining table was big enough for our whole family and there was also bar top seating off the kitchen. We ate mainly meals here and played family games around the table. There’s also a wonderful gas grill off the deck that was great to grill burgers for one of our dinners. It’s a true ski in/ski out so after skiing all day it was fabulous to ski right off the run and right to the entrance of the building. The hot tub right outside the entrance of the building is very large and even during the busiest week of the season it was never too crowded or busy. We loved it so much that we immediately booked another stay here for next year and can’t wait to be back! Highly recommend this condo and property owner - you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you, Katie for a wonderful holiday week at your place - our family loved every moment!

Great place to stay!

Great walkable location! Recent listing with lots of new and nice quality things inside. Owner was quick to respond and very kind to work with! We would stay again!

Denver family bought this condo and updated it to fit their family of 5 with 3 young kids. We want to share our love of Beaver Creek with travelers from all over the world. The condo is close to everything - summertime activities in Creekside Park, restaurants and shopping in Beaver Creek Village. You can't beat the location in the wintertime with ski-in/ski-out access to Elkhorn lift that puts you at the top of Strawberry Park.
