Waterfront Retreat: Dock, Fishing, & Family Fun

Step outside to find a private dock that promises avid fishermen direct access to prime fishing spots or lounge on the deck with a nice book in the peace and quiet.



The Space:

This property is a fisherman's dream come true! Boat slip is accessible with this property so feel free to arrive via boat or bring your boat to the closest boat ramp to drive it up to the house. Please note that guests do NOT have access to the boat lift. if you bring proper docking gear, there is no reason to need the lift for short term stays as this property is located at the end of a canal in a no wake zone. Easy access to the intercoastal waterways, and Gulf of Mexico, or just come to fish directly off the dock!



The home is located on a large and deep canal with a view of the Gulf, and within minutes to Surfside Beach. The exterior features a 24x16 deck over the boat slip, pier, outdoor shower, another 20x12 bottom deck, and a covered porch. The first floor features an open-concept main area to include a full size pull out sofa bed, fully-stocked kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room. The second floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms (Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Bunk Bed Twin/Twin) that each have access to a 20x12 balcony leading to the deck.



Recommendations -

Dorado's Bar and Grill - .3 Mile away. Very easy walk or golf cart ride. Kid friendly and great for a meal or a cold drink.



Sharkies on the Beach - .5 Mile away. An Easy walk or golf cart ride.



Surfside Marina - .3 Mile away. Quick drive or accessible with your boat. Fill your boat up or meet for offshore charters.



Guest Access:

The entire space is available for guests to use during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose.



- Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.



We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system, we have never had issues with our water quality, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.
