5 Minute walk from JW Marriott and Beach!!

The Flamingo is perfectly situated less than a five minute walk to the public beach access, the JW Marriott Resort and Spa and close to local shopping and restaurants.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is continually updated to exceed expectations, featuring a brand-new pool deck and lanai. It has a spacious living room and dining room, fully stocked kitchen, separate den, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a King bed and attached bath with a large soaking tub and shower. The guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the home share a bath and have one Queen and two Twin beds. The screen enclosed lanai features a heated pool, casual seating and a gas grill!

All linens including blankets and comforters are washed and bleached / sanitized between each and every guest without exception. Entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc are available for your use. Cable and internet provided... Everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood one street over from the beach. There are 2 wagons, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and various kids toys left by previous guests to use. The property was clean, comfortable and we felt safe. We had an issue with one of the shower drains, but the host was very responsive and had someone come and repair immediately. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, towels and pot holders. Previous guests have left tons of spices, teas, coffee, flavored waters, etc. I would recommend checking what’s there before grocery shopping for your stay. Other notable things about the property: We had two adult couples in our party, but the space is comfortable for families. Plenty of room to spread out and sit. There are 2 TV common areas. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. The pool is enclosed by a lanai which keeps bugs and debris out, but also filters the sun. The pool is heated, but doesn’t feel very warm. The backyard is not fenced. The ceiling fan in the larger bedroom is loud, so we ended up not being able to use. The driveway has fractured concrete in several places that are a trip hazard. Be careful when walking on it. Overall pleasant stay.

Best Home

Every year me and my family rent a home in Marco Island. This home, I must say has been one of the best. No issues with AC Which is one of the issues I’ve had with many homes there. Walking distance to the beach , home was very clean. We will definitely stay there again next year.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was well maintained and the host put a lot of thought into all the details and information they provided to us. We loved how close the property was to the beach as well as the amenities (wagon, chairs, etc) that were provided.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would ever need! The host was easily accessible if you needed anything. Short walk to the beach, we even had a golf cart delivered and never got into our car the entire trip! The pool was great after a long day at the beach. We absolutely loved our stay!

Perfect for families!

Great location, so convenient and close to beach or anything else you may need. The house was very nice, clean and very well equipped,From kitchen to beach supplies. And communication with host was always timely and smooth. Our family had a very relaxing A+ stay. Thank you very much for maintaining such a nice place for your guests.

Great house, great location

We had a fantastic time at The Flamingo. The location was a quick walk to the beach, which we loved. We really enjoyed our stay and being able to come back for a swim after being at the beach all day. The house was very well maintained and communication with the host was excellent. The Flamingo on Marco Island

The location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, etc. our beach time turned out to be limited because we loved the pool so much. The layout of the floor plan lends itself to families. As with all our VRBO rentals, there always seems to be something you need assistance with or addressed at some point. The important issue is always how quickly you can contact and get a response from your host. In our case, our host, Kristina, was OUTSTANDING. Thanks to her our trip went smoothly. I will definitely consider renting this property again,

Great location

The house is beautiful and the pool relaxing. The layout is perfect with plenty of seating. The house was fully equipped. My only suggestion is to get thick bed padding, the beds were uncomfortable. The location to beach is perfect and if you are up for a walk you can get to restaurants and few shops. House is dog friendly. For those that are considering Marco Island the beaches don’t allow dogs. We couldn’t find any public tennis courts, who would have thought that would be a problem. That isn’t by any means a concern about the house, more of an issue with Marco having better park amenities.

Amazing vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Flamingo. The house was very clean on arrival and exactly as advertised. The decorations throughout the house were lovely. The pool was clean and temperature was cool enough on the hot days. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach in Marco is beautiful. There were many excellent restaurants. We would definitely return to the Flamingo in the future.

We’ve been coming to Marco Island as a family for years. This was our first time renting a home and it was awesome! Great location near the beach, San Marco Catholic Church, and the kids loved the pool.

Great property

This house was perfect for a Spring Break vacation with two teens. The heated pool was used daily. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, we didn’t even use the dining room or back family room. It was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great family home

Home was very clean and well equipped. Beach was short walk away and wagon was very helpful to carry chairs and umbrellas. Our daughter worked remotely at outdoor table by the pool for a few days. She could swim when her workday was complete and we swam after returning from the beach. We enjoyed kayak ECO tour in Everglades one day and we golfed several days.

Fabulous rental!!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental home! The location is SO close to the beach that even my 2yr walked it. The pool is big, heated and has the perfect afternoon sunshine on it. The furniture is lovely and comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again!

A Little Slice of Paradise

The house was nicely appointed with a fresh clean beach vibe. The neighborhood was very quaint and quiet with great access to the beach, glorious sunsets and outstanding restaurants just steps away. The pool had the afternoon sun and was enjoyable all times of the day and night! Our 3 week stay was spectacular.
