Esta casa de 3 BR 2 1/2 B con piscina climatizada es el lugar perfecto para su familia. Al ingresar a la casa, encontrará un medio baño con lavadora y secadora en el lado izquierdo. Inmediatamente adyacente se encuentra la primera de dos (2) espaciosas salas de estar. Este salón cuenta con amplias zonas de descanso, con una pantalla plana, televisión inteligente. La primera sala de estar ofrece controles deslizantes apilables para disfrutar de la vista del área de la piscina cubierta. Adjunto a la primera sala de estar hay un comedor para 6 personas. Una cocina completamente equipada, con un área de desayuno separada es el escenario perfecto para disfrutar de comidas caseras. La segunda sala de estar adyacente a la cocina es el lugar perfecto para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar del tiempo en familia. La cómoda sección reclinable seguramente será el lugar perfecto para las siestas de la tarde. El dormitorio principal está convenientemente ubicado fuera de la segunda habitación familiar, con una cómoda cama king, baño adjunto con ducha y vestidor. March 2025

This is the second year we have stayed at this house. It has everything a family of all ages would want or need. The owner is wonderful to work with and prompt to respond if there is a question. We love the location because it is quiet but still close enough to restaurants, stores, entertainment, and the beach.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation. The hosts are very responsive and kind. The property was clean and well stocked. We cook most of our meals in and had everything that we needed. It is very spacious. Our kids spent the majority of their time swimming and enjoyed the pool toys. We made a few trips to the beach and they had everything to make it an easy outing. We went miniature golfing. We went to see gators at Wooten’s. We went to the park. It was great for our family and young kids.

Escaping winter!

We loved everything about the home except the sunken living room. Because there is no change in floor color or pattern, the drop-off is camouflaged. It was hard for us to constantly remind ourselves of the danger.Otherwise, the owner responded quickly and positively to all communication. The house is well-stocked, much better than most rentals. Even though the home is situated on a corner lot, the landscaping gave us complete privacy and no outside noise entered the home.The heated pool and lanai area completely suited our needs. It was great getting out of the Illinois winter for our stay.We especially enjoyed the many burrowing owls nesting in the neighborhood. What a hoot!

Perfect in every way

We have been coming to Marco Island for 10 years. This house is perfect. Spacious, clean, so many provided amenities. Owner is so responsive and it is obvious she cares for the property and her guests. The pool was perfect, decor updated, great circle drive and neighborhood. Close to everything. A must stay property.

Marco Island Retreat

This house is perfect for a stay on Marco Island. Although it not walkable to the beach, the bike ride is roughly 10 to 15 min. While Marco is not as bike friendly as Sanibel, we found no problems getting around the island that way. Or you can drive and park at the public lots as everything is a 5 to 10 min drive. The neighborhood was quiet and was perfect for our family. The house itself was well maintained and had some updates. Pretty much everything you need was provided and available. The pool is great with a lenai to keep some UV rays and bugs out. Would recommend.

Marco Island vacation home

Wonderful stay on Marco Island, FL. This home had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy. Kids loved the pool and lanai! Great outdoor space to swim, play cards, eat dinner, etc. Everything we visited on the island was within a 10 minute drive. House was clean and a perfect place for our family to spend time.

Family spring break trip

Home was very nice and clean. Master with king and two bedrooms each with two twins served our family of 6 great. Large kitchen and outdoor barbecue for making some meals at home and kids loved the pool in evenings. We rented bikes and had easy access to the whole island. Also spent a day in the mangroves on kayaks and rented an offshore boat for day to top off our exploration of neighboring islands and keys. Plenty to stay busy for the family.

Great house, in a quiet area of the island!

This is a very nice and large house. The pool and the layout was great for our stay. The only complaint we had was the water pressure in the master shower was so bad. That needs to be fixed but the property overall was great. We would stay again. Thanks!

Very Nice House

We stayed here with our five kids and loved everyday! We spent several days at south beach hanging out and catching fish, mini golf, lunch at Snook and Gypsy, and every afternoon swimming in the pool. The layout of the house is great with two kids rooms opposite of the master which is right off the kitchen and dining. The house was clean, kitchen was well supplied, beach toys and chairs were available, and the grill patio is great. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Great family home near beaches

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Appreciated the beach chairs, coolers etc. The pool area was newly decorated and the water temp of the pool was perfect. The house was very spacious and some parts were newly renovated.

Very Nice Vacation Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The pool was very nice - and warm enough for me to get in. And, that says a lot! It was very nice to have all the beach supplies since we flew in - and did not have coolers, beach chairs, or luggage space to pack beach towels. The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed our walks and bike rides (we rented bikes). What stood out to me was the friendliness of the host. Very often VRBO hosts have a tone that says "don't mess up my house" (which we don't!!!!). These hosts were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming! They set a nice tone to the vacation.

Merry Christmas

We spent Christmas week In this lovely home. We loved the heated pool. My elderly father was able to navigate the handrail and steps with ease (I found out that some pools don’t have handrails so this was great!) He was particularly happy that there was a bathroom that opened into the pool yard. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and we had most of our meals at the outdoor table. The pool toys and beach chairs and umbrellas were nice. We didn’t use the ping pong table but it would be great for Younger kids. The half bath and laundry room were convenient and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. There is a single step down into the living room that may make the property less accessible for a person who has trouble with steps. The manager was responsive and helpful, including letting us know when the Sprinkler person and pool service was stopping by. The home is spacious. The master bedroom was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The HVAC was in great working order with a very accurate ring thermostat. The master bedroom, the living room, and the family room off the kitchen all had big screen tvs. The kitchen had a electric stove, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, and lots of pots and pans. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved all the Christmas lights. Thanks for a relaxing break.

Gem of a Spot on Marco

We've been traveling to Marco for over 20 years. This was a prime spot + a spacious and clean home. Wonderful owner communication. Perfect for our family. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing vacation!

Highly recommend staying here! The pool and outdoor space were our favorite hang outs, and there were tons of spots in the house to spread out and relax too. We rented a car and enjoyed the very short drive to the beautiful beach, and tons of great restaurants. Our first time in Marco Island was absolutely fantastic and this property played a huge part in our positive experience!

Lovely Marco vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Marco Island vacation. The home was lovely and spacious! It had everything we needed (ie. pool toys, beach gear, cooking utensils, etc). We spent most of our time swimming in the pool and relaxing on the lanai. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and and free Netflix! Our host was extremely accommodating to our needs and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!
