The condo offers two bedrooms and two baths, spacious seating area, living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee in the balcony while watching the sunrise.

Beautiful property!

Our family enjoyed a long weekend stay and everything was perfect! The property is in an excellent location and the unit itself is beautiful. The property owner is very easy to reach and communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. We will definitely be back!

Quite and clean

Enjoyed our stay very quiet neighborhood with a nice view and dog park 4 minute walk to. Property manager was so nice and helpful always answered us right alway. A bottle of wine waiting for us.

Clean Airy Bright Scenic

Stayed 2 weeks, could easily have stayed longer. Very nice property with a big, bright, clean living area and two nice-sized bedrooms. Second story view of the water; about 60% blocked by nearby building, but still a very good view. Beatriz was very responsive to all needs.

Beautiful Condo—Wonderful Week

This condo is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The pictures don’t don’t do it justice. No detail has been overlooked. The owner was extremely responsive and attentive to every need. I will definitely be back!!

Stayed there with my 2 well behaved little dogs. Location was between 2 marinas. Park within walking distance. Area seems to be undergoing regentrification Location was within 7 miles of all my appointments, Palm Beach, the Breakers, Riveria Beach, Singer Island. Hostess is wonderful Even provided delicious wine Would stay there again

Host was extremely accommodating!!

It was our first time renting a Vrbo and we’re pleasantly surprised to see it show as it really was. The only things I could suggest was if renting it for a 3week duration that a cleaning person should be included at least every 7 days. Also a larger frying pan and dish towels. It had everything we needed otherwise

Lovely windows w nice views. Modern, clean living space.

Beatriz was attentive to us for our delayed flight and check in. The apartment is clean with big windows, good seating and well equipped kitchen. The shoreline is not for tourists- quiet neighborhood. Boat storage next lot over. No seating along the intercostal shore but there are ships and smaller boats to watch from the balcony. Beds are comfortable. Small bathrooms but each bedroom has its own bath.

Lovely Condo on Intercoatal waterway

This property is clean and very modern in decoration. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. Bedrooms are very nice with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms have very small vanities which were kind of hard to work with for my toiletries. Everything else was very nice in barhtrooms. There was also a very nice welcoming gift which I thought was a step above most places I have stayed. It’s close to many good restaurants which we enjoyed. There are a lot of steps to go up to the condo which was a little challenging for me carrying my luggaging. Seniors should take this into consideration. I would stay here again. I recommend this condo to anyone except maybe seniors over 75.

Beautiful Renovated Unit, Very Clean

This is a beautifully renovated unit, with excellent decor, comfortable beds and plentiful space to hang out. The balcony and view of the waterway were excellent for sipping wine. Unit was super clean and very inviting, and communication with the manager was excellent. The unit is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, just a 10-15 min drive to many attractions. We did most of our grocery shopping in a different neighborhood, as the stores closer to the property had numerous people loitering in the parking lots, outside the stores, and asking for money. I have young kids and we live in the suburbs, so we aren’t used to that, so we just drove 10-15 min further to do our shopping. Overall excellent property and we’d stay here again!

Amazing gem of a condo!

What an great week staying at Pinewood Park. The neighbors are super friendly and helpful. The condo is beautiful and fully updated. Host was quick to answer our questions and when gas ran out on BBQ pit she was right there with a new one. Very happy and will be coming back. AAA+++

Lovely condo on the second floor. Beatriz was very accommodating. Pictures are exactly as it is. Only complaint is the steps up to the condo with suitcases in hand!

Glamorous Getaway

Two couples, in-laws, all 65+ -- we had a blast cooking and relaxing together! The photos don't even do this place justice, as we had stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway on 3 sides in this gorgeous end-unit condo. A spacious stainless steel grill on the patio was great for grilling dinner, and there was plenty of seating outdoors as well as indoors. Pristine marble floors throughout the unit made it bright and beautiful, and beautifully amplified the light. Very comfy bedding! And top-of-the-line stacked washer & dryer made it easy to leave for home with clean laundry! The area was very quiet and enjoyable! Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo!

Super Florida Property!

Great location! Ultra modern and so very clean!! This property is top notch!! We went fishing in Jupiter, snorkeled, visited area beaches north and south of property and took in some nightlife in West Palm Beach. We appreciated the space and view of the water. The deck and comfy furniture were great for morning coffee and happy hour. Beatriz was an excellent host and provided us with several recommendations for the area. Thank you for a great Florida vacay!

My Stay In Pinewood Park, West Palm Beach

I Came To West Palm Beach So I Could Visit Family In Miami And Port Saint Lucie And It Was The Perfect Distance Between Both…. Very Spacious Very Clean Nice Patio View Of The Water…. The Host Responding Fast And Everything. So I Would Definitely Stay Again!!!!
