Luxurious Brand-New 2 Bedroom

Summary:
This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short walk to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible beaches.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass doors do not lock by design.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need for your stay. Super nice and thoughtful host and a great price. Location is sketchy but close driving distance to everything. Not a place that you walk out on your feet. Upstairs apartment tenants play ball non-stop until 10 pm. Ceilings are high but it still feels like a below a basketball court.

We had a lot of driving this trip and found this property to be conveniently located to I-95, the airport, and the coast. Pictures are accurate to what we encountered, and the property is well maintained and modern.

Relaxing and near everything

The property was amazing. Everything the pictures show and more. It's tucked away in a little corner, close to the airport and downtown areas. Hosts were amazing. I can't say enough nice things. Will surely use them/this property again when in WPB.

Great spot that is an easy Uber away from Downtown

Place was spacious with some very nice touches in terms of personal amenities (umbrellas, steamers, beach cart, beach chairs, towels, etc.) Walking distance to a a brewery, distillery and food hall. We would happily stay again.
