You’ll love this location: just a quick walk or shuttle ride away from the Snowflake Lift, then ski back to the complex on 4 O'Clock Run. It’s just a two-block stroll to Main Street, and you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. Sundowner II Treeline Condo is a wonderful in-town condo close to the slopes!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is fantastic for families and groups of up to eight — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large sectional couch. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring all the nearby dining options downtown! There’s seating for eight at the dining table.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

Condo maintenance issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bath sink was totally clogged the whole time we were there and we reported it but it and it was never fixed. There was pet hair everywhere. Cole said he would refund a small percentage for the issue of the bathroom but never did after a few follow ups.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was an easy walk to shops/restaurants, loved having a parking garage for one vehicle. Condo was clean and seemed well-equipped. It was nice having the gas fireplace during an October visit. We took the short, uphill walk to check out the distance to chairlift. Property management was easy to reach via text.

We've stayed at a few VRBOs and this was easily the best so far! Easy process with good communication up front and regular check-ins to make sure everything was good. A lot of though was obviously given to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! The views were excellent and the location was ideal - an easy walk to everything!

We stayed in Breckenridge for 7 days and our VRBO condo at Sundowner II was excellent and for a fair price. The condo was quiet and night and very large for just the two of us. The gas fireplace and access to the condo complex hottub and pool were awesome. We appreciated the added conveniences of all of toiletries in the bathrooms and all of the needs in the kitchen for the dishwasher and the included washing / dryer detergent. As well as all the supplied coffee and coffee filters.Another added convenience was the underground parking with an elevator to get to our 2nd Flr condo. The only issue we had was the the first Flr bathroom had a toilet bowl valve that was not functioning. Just needs to be replaced.The overall experience was 10 out 10.Thank you Summit Rentals.

This was a perfect location for enjoying nearby trails and downtown area. We were able to walk to almost everything we did while we were there. We cooked almost every meal here and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit as well. We were very happy with our stay here. Also, there was hardly anyone else parked in the parking garage so parking was never an issue. We used the pool on evening and it was okay but we didn’t find ourselves going back the rest of the trip.

Super clean, quiet (end-unit), and cozy — with everything we needed. The in-unit laundry was a major plus, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfy. Covered parking was helpful and we loved the easy access to town — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and fun. There’s even a nearby trail that leads to a fishable reservoir. Access to the pool was a bonus for my family. This place was the total package and made our trip effortless. Don’t think twice — book it!

Beautiful condo!

The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of space and SO clean! It was so close to downtown Breckenridge and great hiking nearby! Could not have been a better place for us! The property was beautiful and everything we needed was walking distance. We would love to return to see this area in the winter!

Sundowner II

We enjoyed our stay at the Sundowner. The unit itself was updated, clean, and very well laid out. We appreciated the blankets in the living room as the evenings and mornings were brisk. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen, which made eating in really easy. The washer and dryer in the unit were wonderful to have too. We did need the code for throwing away trash as well as the code to the hot tub at the building. The property managers were quick to reply.The exterior of the building is rather dated, but the unit is updated and very comfortable.

Main Street was just a short walk away, a couple blocks. We never got the car out. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. I tried to pack very light for this trip but wish I would have brought my own shampoo and conditioner bc I wasn’t a fan of what was provided. Obviously that’s on me though. Overall we were very happy with our stay here.

Summer Trip

My son and I came to Breck for some golfing and mounting biking. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and found the location very convenient. The condo was well kept and very clean.

Spring Break

The property was excellent! The location was perfect because it was close to the ski resort and main street. Having a garage space was invaluable! The property pictures and descriptions were accurate. Check in and check out were very easy and great instructions. We would definitely stay here again with our kids!
