My newest home Cypress House located in Lake Havasu Az is my new construction home and pride and joy, I designed and styled it to reflect what I love and is a reflection of me. Pop culture art, technologically tricked out, the best in modern furniture and loads of amenities with the smallest of details covered.

I love Lake Havasu because its a beautiful 4 season lake town that hasn't been over gentrified. Its lake won't dry up as its a resevoir within Colorado River. Its location is convenient for Las Vegas, Phoenix, Palm Springs, and most of Southern California. The home itself is a rarity in the market, luxury with modern and high end finishings in a great location. Cypress House is ideal for a family vacation, corporate getaway, snowbird short term escape or friend and family week or weekend adventure. I purchased this home in June 2021 knowing it is the perfect getaway for the guest that loves the upgrades and features that I would want in a home.
