Aloha and welcome to paradise! Recently renovated with split unit air conditioning with iWave-m ionizing air purifiers on each head!! Ocean view is absolutely amazing!! Watch the boats going to Molokini Crater year around, and see the whales in the winter, all from the cozy lanai! This condo has 2 Master Bedrooms (private and loft) with Queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and 42" Samsung smart TVs. Living room has a 55" Sony smart TV, a queen sofa sleeper with a comfortable mattress, and a desk/workstation if you just can't escape work. Two full bathrooms with an on-demand water heater, so you never run out of hot water!! Newer furniture throughout, and washer and dryer. Ninja blender to perfectly blend smoothies and drinks. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler, and beach wagon provide for a fun day at Charley Young Beach (directly across the street), or one of several other beaches within walking distance. Tennis rackets and balls as well as Pickle Ball rackets and balls are provided to play at the courts directly behind the condo, then cool off in one of the complex's 3 pools!! Also, if needed, we have provided baby equipment (2 strollers, 2 pack n plays, and a high chair)...just let us know you need them and we'll set them out for you!!

Clean spacious condo with lovely views out to the water! We very much enjoyed our stay, unit was quiet, the beds were super comfy and the kitchen has just about everything you will need AC in all rooms a bonus. Owners respond quickly and great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in several units at the Maui Vista complex and this was by far our favorite. Everything was clean and the beach equipment selection was fantastic. We loved the air conditioning in each space and everyone slept comfortably. Because of its location, there was no street noise or foot traffic at night, which made for a consistent great night’s sleep. The kitchen had all needed supplies to cook and everything was in nice condition. Lots of seating options made it comfortable for everyone to share the space. Shannon was very communicative and prompt from the time of booking through the stay. Absolutely recommend this place, especially if traveling with kids!

Family trip

Kitchen was well stocked with everything and more that we needed for our stay. Also the closet also had plenty of beach supplies, chairs, umbrella...we recommend this property.

Booking my next stay NOW!

Shannon and Kevin’s property is exactly as listed and has everything you could need for an amazing stay on Maui. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer to have used all that was available for us! The property was clean, easy to find, had amazing views, and was well supplied. For our long days out on the island it was always nice coming “home” to this property. Every moment truly felt at home. It was easy to communicate with Shannon and Kevin, and they were very helpful and kind. Can’t wait for our next trip to Maui! Highly recommend! 11/10 rating!

Would stay again.

The unit was as promised. It was clean and quiet. The view was great. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the lanai. The kitchen was well appointed and enjoyed cooking meals. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Beds were comfortable and the a/c in every area made it really comfortable.

Great views and location!

This condo is on the top floor of the third building in the Maui Vista complex. You have a distant, but excellent view of the ocean, which is perfect for watching the sunset. As an added bonus, if you are there for New Year's, you have a perfect view of the fireworks in Wailea. You are also a short walk down to the Charley Young Beach and local shopping.The condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. It is perfect for two couples or a family with kids. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Kehei!

Great stay, felt like home!

We loved this place and would definitely stay here again on our next Maui trip. The condo had everything we needed, making it feel like home. My wife, a coffee lover, would have appreciated a Breville coffee maker like the one we have at home – that would make it feel even more luxurious, ha ha! The beach was just a short 7-9 minute walk, which was super convenient. It was also great having air conditioning to come back to after a hot day out. One small suggestion: maybe check over some of the items and replace anything worn out, like the hairdryer in the upstairs bathroom. Also, a nicer body wash with a fresh scent would be a great touch. Overall, though, these didn’t take away from our wonderful stay. Thanks again, and hope to return next year!

Great Location and what a room

We cam with a family of six to begin with. My wife and I, Our Son and his Wife, Along with their ti kids 6 and 7. This was our 10 year visiting Maui Visti.We have never stay in the same room twice. Sometimes staying on the 4th floor can be too warm due to the pitch of the ceiling and the lack of airconditiong. BUT not this unit. Shannon has 3 split aircondition units along with fan . One in the living room, one in the master bedroom and on upstairs for the quest area. Dishes, Shannon has a complete et on new corelle dishes, all kinds of glasses, pots and pans of all kinds, even an assorement of plasticcontainers for leftovers.

Maui Vista Condo

The location is fantastic right across from Charley Young beach and close walking distance to restaurants and activities. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and AC units worked great. Our only complaint was that the kitchen had nothing in the way of spices for cooking other than salt. But in all we would highly recommend this condo for families and guests looking to stay in Kihei.

Great place for two couples

It was exactly as advertised and suited our needs well. Good sunset views and close to Charley Young beach. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers,etc. to make trips to the beach a breeze.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed in the condo with our son and his wife and their two small children. We stayed upstairs in the loft and it was very comfortable for us. The bathroom is small but certainly adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Our son and his wife were very happy with the downstairs bedroom and the kids slept on the pullout couch. The kitchen was VERY well equipped. The board games were a nice touch although the weather was perfect so we didn't spend much time indoors. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and pool noodles were such a pleasant adition so we could be comfortable on the beach or the pool. We loved the location, so close to the beach and shops and restaurants. I don't know if we will ever get back to Hawaii, but if we do we will certainly be happy to stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

Shannon's place has everything you need! She even has beach gear that you can use which was really nice ( beach chairs/umbrellas). Check in was super easy and shannon was a very responsive host. Just make sure you get the email from shannon regarding check in around 1 week prior. Its under her personal email and not VRBO.

Perfect property for our vacation

This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 5. A well designed condo with great utilization of space. No neighbor noise, close to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball racquets. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

Just stay here!

I agree with all the other compliments given by reviewers — Shannon is communicative and warm, the place is spotless and feels new, beds are comfortable, and the view is amazing. What I will add that people haven’t mentioned as much… we felt like we didn’t have neighbors it was so quiet! Also, despite being a family of five with three teenagers, we never ran out of hot water. We used the tennis/pickle ball courts and they were great. It is so nice that equipment is in the unit so no rental fees. Finally, the A/C units are perfectly positioned to cool down every space. I sincerely hope we can make our way back here someday!

Great central to see all of Maui

This is a great location if you want to see all of Maui and not just the resort areas. Unit is centrally located with a fabulous view of the ocean. It is well loved but very clean, we enjoyed our time in Kihei and on Maui. Loved that we stayed in a place with laundry and kitchen, both came in super handy. Everyone we contacted by phone and email were super responsive with any questions. Also the unit was very well maintained and well stocked to get your vacation started off right.

We. and our 4 oldest children, all attended and graduated from BYU-H on the North Shore of Oahu. We chose to put some roots down in Maui as we love the energy and spirit of this island. Great location!! Everything you need is within walking distance...groceries, restaurants and of course, the amazing Charley Young Beach. Views from the Lanai are breathtaking and the sound of birds singing and smells of tropical vegetation make this a paradise to remember!

Did we mention Air Conditioning?? We love the warm, humid weather in Hawaii, but a little AC at night is a game changer for a good sleep. Enjoy!!
