Nuestro condominio cómodo y familiar le da la bienvenida.

La unidad # 203 de Kamaole Beach Royale cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y un lanai doble. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen size con una selección de ropa de cama, baño y toallas de playa. La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con un centro de lavandería apilable, Relax con aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, TV por cable, WiFi y 2 televisores. Hay muchos extras como sillas de playa, tablas de surf, refrigeradores y juguetes de arena. Hay un nuevo corralito con ropa de cama para bebés si es necesario, así como un asiento elevado para silla.

El séptimo piso cuenta con un gran jardín en la azotea con 2 barbacoas a gas y muchas mesas y sillas. La vista es panorámica y domina el océano para la observación de ballenas, espectaculares puestas de sol, y cuenta con el cráter Haleakala / Volcán East Maui.

El complejo de 50 unidades está cruzando la calle de la mejor playa para nadar en Maui, Kamaole 1. Excelente ubicación que ofrece 3/4 de milla de playa de arena. Ubicado cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y campos de golf.

We had the best stay! It was a perfect location, with great beach accessories and everything we could need. It was also a great place to stay with a toddler, the wagon was so helpful to carry him and our things around. 10/10 recommend this place, thank you for helping make our vacation so wonderful.

The amenities were in great condition. Kitchen and supplies were great. We loved the shared condiments and leftovers. There was bottled water in the fridge that worked for our first night. We left bottles for the next guests.The air conditioner worked its little motor hard, but it was a bit warm. It could use a few more large fans; the tower fans were not sufficient. Otherwise, I totally recommend this space. The area is awesome! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and short drives to tourist spots around the island.

We loved our stay at this condo in Kihei. The location is amazing, literally walk across the street and you are at the beach . The check in as easy and quick which is appreciated when you get in late. There is a small pool but it was never busy and kids loved it. The amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. We used the air fryer daily what a great appliance to have on vacation . Owners are great at communicating. Felt like home away from home.

Exceeded all expectations!

What a find this rental was! The condo was a wonderful place for our family of 4, including our two young children (5 and 1). This was probably the best appointed unit that we've ever stayed in - there were so many items beyond what we usually see in vacation rentals and it made our stay a breeze. From the kid-safe dishes in the kitchen to the snorkel gear and beach wagon, we barely wanted for anything during our week here.The unit was also really comfortable, and the afternoon breezes worked wonders at cooling everything off. The location was perfect - Kam 1 was a lovely beach, and there were so many restaurants and shave ice places in a few block walk that we were spoiled for choice.Ultimately, though, our favorite part was how much like home this unit felt like. We could really tell that the family that owns it lives in it and cares about it, and that was evident in all of the thoughtful touches and conveniences we found along the way. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're on Maui! Thank you!

First stay at KBR

Generally we enjoyed staying in this unit. We indicated four stars because we had a difficult time getting into the condo. The initial code that was given did not work. Had it not been for the neighbor’s help contacting the owner, we would have had to wait even longer to get the correct code. The condo is well furnished and comfortable. Its location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would certainly come back to KBR.

Great Unit and Location

What impressed me more about the unit was that it was well stocked. The owners thought of everything. From a step stool for the little one (even a care seat which had I know they had, I wouldn't have gotten one from the car rental company), to everything one would need for the beach. The only feedback I would provide is to get a new coffee machine because the bigger white one they had looked dirty/moldy where the water goes, but fortunately they had another smaller one which we ended up using. But I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking at staying in Maui.

Perfect place for a family

We had a great time staying here for 10 days. Great access to the beach and pool and there was a lot of kid gear that made it much easier for us including beach toys, a pack and play, and even kids shampoo! We ran into a couple of small glitches with appliances. The owners were exceptionally responsive and had things fixed within hours. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope we get the opportunity to come back!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kamaole beach royale resort. The condo was clean, and well stock with things one would need to have the best time. We liked the drying racks that were on the balcony, and we appreciated the chairs and umbrellas that we could take down to the beach. Most importantly we loved the location. The beach was so close by, and it was super kid friendly, with very soft sand and calm waters to swim in, most excitedly there were sea turtles! While we did explore other beaches on the island we really loved the Kamaole beach park 1 that we were so close too. If we ever return we would not hesitate to stay in the same place. I would also feel very comfortable recommending this place to others who were interested in traveling to Maui. We had a lovely time!

Super condo, amazing location

Being so close to Kam I and Kam II, and so many restaurants and shops made this the perfect location for our family. Andrianne was very quick to respond to my questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We were out and about around the island so much, that we didn't spend much time actually in the unit. But, it had everything we needed, it was super clean, and had plenty of room for 4 adults to sleep comfortably; it would've been fine for 6 if we'd brought more of our family with us. We would absolutely book this location again. Thank you, Adrianne!

Great location, great host, great price

So glad to find Andrianne’s place. Beach is across the street or 10-20 minutes drives to ones of our most favorite beaches in Maui. Short walks to many shops and restaurants. Communication with Andrianne was great. She responded to our messages quickly and followed up to make sure that our needs were met. She went above and beyond as a host. We would definitely stay here again and tell our friends and family about this awesome place

Great find!

We needed a short stay before our traded timeshare in Lahaina was available and decided to look at Kihei and came across this property. The price was very reasonable and condo was well stocked, comfortable, and convenient. We loved that the condo had beach equipment to use. Honestly it had just about anything you might need. The set up allowed the AC to cool the master bedroom as well, which helped tremendously. Our daughters said the sofa bed was very comfortable. We walked to the beach, Coconuts, ABC store, a gelato and shaved ice place easily. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great place in Kihei!

Very nice condo in an excellent location! Less than a block to a great beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Condo had plenty of room for our 3 adults, with a number of great amenities - everything needed for the beach, a well-stocked kitchen, and washer & dryer. The pool was very nice, and a welcome respite after a day at the beach. Dinner & sunsets on the 7th floor lanai were fabulous. We split our stay in the condo in two, with a stay in Lahaina in between. When we returned after our stay in Lahaina, we all agreed it felt like we were coming home. REALLY appreciate the owner's flexibility in renting to us for a period less than a week (twice). I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again if back in Maui.

First Family Maui Trip

The condo was very clean & very neatly organized with additional towels & linens labeled. Our bed was comfortable & we were surprised at how comfortable the pullout couch was! For the first time ever, our kids didn’t complain about sleeping on one. Sunset views are beautiful there. Location is perfect in front of beach, walking distance to shops & restaurants. This was a very comfortable & pleasant stay.

Great for families

Enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo had pretty much everything we needed- beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrella. The only issue we had was the front bedroom did not have a window covering and it got a lot of sun in the morning.

Location location location

Amazing location… right across from the beach and the ABC store. Place could have been cleaner. There were sheets left in the dryer, rugs in the wash and we found a T-shirt that was not ours. Besides that, place was spacious for our party of six and the location could not be beat.

MARRIED IN PARADISE

After 15 years of living with her partner, our daughter decided to get married on Maui. Our Condo was in a fabulous location, very clean and very nicely decorated. They thought of everything, we wanted for nothing. Excellent place to stay. Just be careful if you party has two cars, they don't have enough room for parking so we had to park one of our cars off the property. It was only a block away and a beautiful walk in Maui is always enjoyed.

Our condo is family owned by 3 siblings and their spouses. We all live in Saskatoon, Saskachewan Canada. Now that 5/6 are retired we are grateful to be spending more time on Maui.

The condo was purchased by us and our parents early 1980. The central location to restaurants, shops, services and one of Mauis' top beaches make this the perfect vacation spot!

The roof top BBQ area has to be one of the best features of the building. Be sure to watch the sunset, BBQ, bring up your meal or just enjoy meeting new people. Our condo is comfortable, spacious and is appointed with everything you need to enjoy a relaxed vacation.
