4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Oceanside home in a wonderful exclusive gated community. Easy Vacaction access with taking a right turn just over the bridge (No Traffic). This private large beach home is perfect for summer gatherings and relaxing peaceful getaways to the beach throughout the year. The reverse floor plan home features an elevator and a new 4-person golf cart. This lovely home sits on a highly elevated lot and looks out over a large community-owned field with maritime forest and on toward the ocean. The ocean-facing covered and sun decks enjoy fantastic ocean breezes, and if you continue to the rooftop deck, you'll catch a glimpse of the ocean! The reverse floor plan includes the living space plus office areas and a newly remodeled kitchen that is fully stocked with essentials to make your stay a pleasure. This home features 3 en-suites with the primary en-suite on the top level. The second floor is where you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a laundry room with a full dryer and washer. The second floor also has one large bedroom with 1 sleeper sofa and 2 twin beds. The bonus room has 2 sleeper sofas. Great restaurants for dining in or take out.

This home is perfect for extended vacations, school track-out, and working remotely while you and your family and friends enjoy the beach. It's also wonderful for Grandparents who want to have family join them during their stay.

Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and other recreational equipment located in the garage. Many outdoor activities including the clubhouse pool, multiple tennis/pickleball courts, and the large community field located directly behind the home for the family cornhole (in garage) tournament, relaxing yoga, or pickup soccer or football game.

LINENS: There are two options. You may bring your own towels and sheets or you may pay a fee and the linens will be supplied. Laundry available on 2nd floor.

HOA requires a 2-week minimum.

This is a family-friendly neighborhood with security. Not a party house.

Paradise on Emerald Isle

This relaxing, comfortable, quiet house in Lands End's was perfect for our family get together! There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very well equipped, even a sewing basket!! The golf cart was great fun to pack up and go to the beach which was just a 5 minutes away! Loved staying here and would highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

This was our second year staying at Tiffani’s place, and we still love it. Plenty of bedrooms for multiple families, bedrooms with enough room for kids to have their own space, close to an incredible stretch of beach. Kitchen with everything you need. Can’t say enough good things about this space!

Extended Stay

We rented this property for two months while awaiting our house to be finished. It was the perfect interim place to make home while feeling like we were on vacation. Marlow & Tiffani were wonderful! They were quick to respond and more than helpful. We kept most of our belongings in storage and had everything we needed right on site. We are grateful to have had such a beautiful place with excellent owners!

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed the spacious house with our three generations. The different levels allowed for us to have time to be together or to have some privacy time. The elevator was a life saver for bringing in luggage and groceries. The golf cart needed a little Pushing by up the drive, but we found it just as easy to take our chairs and toys in the car. There was always parking available at the pool/beach area. Most restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesdays. We enjoyed having the grill for our nights at home. I highly recommend driving to Beaufort, NC ( about an hour) and going to the Shackleford island to see the wild horses. It’s a couple mile hike, so wear sneakers. Emerald Isle is pretty destination and it holds good memories for our family.

Perfect beach spot

Y'all (that being you, reader, who is looking for vacation spots) need to book this house because it is amazing. Great bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, spacious kitchen, *private* beach access just a few minutes away, a golf cart that will get you to that private beach, a neighborhood pool. Perfect house for multiple families sharing space, and perfect house for having a calm getaway. Tiffani was also super communicative, which we really appreciated. If you have little ones - at least one (maybe two?) of the bathrooms have a tub, there are several wide staircases in the house, and there are two levels of decks. Also the driveway up to the house is steep. There are bathrooms in the clubhouse that you park at to go to the beach, and that's where the pool is too. You can hear the ocean from the deck and see wildlife in the massive backyard field - we saw lots of deer. Emerald Isle in general is just a fantastic destination, and staying here made everything lovely. Also, everyone waves in the neighborhood as you drive by each other which is super cute. So seriously y'all, book this place. It's quiet, comfortable, and minutes away from an amazing beach. We hope to stay here again someday.

This is a nice place and only 2 blocks to the beach. Tiffani the host was amazing and super responsive and helpful.

Tiffani's on Emerald Isle

We had a great time staying at Tiffani’s place on Emerald Isle. She was a great host throughout the whole process. It was a great location and vibe for our family stay for our daughter’s wedding in the area. Will absolutely stay there again. Thanks Tiffani!

Beautiful location, charming home & property

We loved our stay here over Labor Day weekend. The home is very nice and the beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need to cook and enjoy some nice time away. We really loved the golf cart that comes with the property. It makes getting to the beach super easy and hassle free. The extra common area is nice for teenagers and having a bathroom for each guest is very nice. Tiffani is super easy to get in touch with and communication is fast and reliable. Thank you!

Great home minutes from the beach

Beautiful house centrally located in a quiet community. This house offers tons of room. The 3 main bedrooms (2 with in room bathrooms) and the 2 bonus rooms were more than enough for our family. Kitchen is large and well stocked. We used the grill on two different occasions. The beach is a short golf cart or car drive away. Plenty of parking at the clubhouse/entrance to the beach. Beach is beautiful and very few people. At most there were 25 people within 200 yards of us. Do yourself a favor, pick up a Shibumi shade before you head to the beach. Food recommendations: Lazzara's Pizza is great. Probably best to go pick it up (only 2 miles away). Giovanni's Brooklyn Bagels - Get there early (they open at 7:30) Tiffani was always available for any question. Even at 10:00 PM when we got locked out of the community because we forgot to bring the gate acceess key (sorry Tiffani). If I could, I'd be back there again next week.

Wonderful trip. Great house!

Wonderful trip. Great house! This house has plenty of room. It was clean and well stocked. It’s a home away from home. The owner left us a goodie basket which was a wonderful surprise. The beach and pool were easily accessible with a short golf cart ride. The community was very nice. We really enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic beach home in lovely gated community

I highly recommend this wonderful beach property for your next vacation! Our family had so much fun this past week and felt right at home. Tiffani was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The home was extremely clean! Beds in each room were very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking meals in the spacious kitchen and had everything and more needed to prepare meals. The elevator was a huge plus and allowed my elderly parents to visit. It was also great for bringing up groceries and bags. There’s plenty of room for working remotely with several different desk throughout the home. All furniture was nice, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There are so many special touches throughout the home. Great selection of beach toys & chairs accessible in garage. Golf cart was wonderful for getting to the beach & pool in 2-3 minutes. We also enjoyed strolling the community in the golf cart and taking in all the beautiful wildlife. Tiffani really thought of everything with this amazing property…I will definitely book again in the future.

Great Vacation with the Perfect Location

Tiffani Cambell is the best hostess. She responded promptly to all of our questions! The location is perfect with the private pristine beach. It is only couple minutes ride on the golf cart to the beach. The home was so large for our family, we only used the three bedrooms and had two spare rooms we did not even touch. The elevator made it easy for luggage and grocery shopping. The kitchen is fully stocked with amenities. It had everything we needed for cooking our meals. It is a quiet and beautiful community! Everyone is so friendly. There is a beautiful community swimming pool that we did not even take the time to use. We enjoyed the NC Aquarium, a trip to Beaufort and shopping at the quaint boutiques over at Swansboro. We look forward to vacationing here again!
