Warm cozy 3 bedroom beach house only 130 yards to the beach. Great beach house with peekaboo views of the ocean from the house, deck or even the dinning room table. Great Emerald Isle location. Just minutes from restaurants, grocery and stores. Let us invite you to enjoy walks on the beach or just sitting in a beach chair enjoying all the Atlantic has to offer. Enjoy the bike path that sits next to the house or the secluded backyard surrounded by live oaks.
Take off down the island using the beach bikes, and running stroller or make a day of it at the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas provided. This house is pet and kid friendly so we provide pack and play, running stroller, dog bowls and poop bags. We try to make it easy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holla Daze Beach Cottage. The house is great. Totally clean and everything works with no short cuts. And the owners are extremely both friendly and responsive. We could not have had a better experience. Emerald Isle is a wonderful Christmas getaway. Close to a wonderful beach and nice and quiet here off season. This can 100% be recommended.

WOW what a great find. This house was amazing. It is a cute, clean, eclectic home. It is so well stocked with ALL the items you will need, from kitchen furnishings to beach gear. The property was so clean and came with items I never imagined a property owner would provide. The front deck is perfect for enjoying morning coffee, and the screened-in porch is ideal for savoring late-night drinks without bugs. If you've ever rented from one of the Realty Agencies and then stayed at this home, you will NEVER go back. Can not tell you how many years I have been disappointed by other rentals. Our stay here was just PERFECT!I look forward to returning in 2026.

Everything you need at the beach!

Holla Daze is the perfect place for a vacation at the beach! Super clean, 5 minute walk to the beach, chairs, umbrellas, carts, etc. - all there for you use! Host is very responsive too! We are returning here every year!

A little bit of paradise!

Our week at Holla Daze was perfect in every way. The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated for the beach and had every possible amenity. Mornings with coffee on the screen porch, early afternoons reading on the deck, and yummy dinners and quiet evenings doing jigsaw puzzles at the dining table. The location was just a short walk to the beach where we took our dog every morning and ourselves each late afternoon. It was great to have beach chairs and towels available so we didn't have to pack them. Our hosts thought of nearly everything we could possibly need, helping us to have the relaxing vacation we needed. This was our first trip to Emerald Isle, but hopefully not our last. When we return, we would love to stay here again. Thanks Holla family!

Great Extras!

Love the location, being so close to the beach access and good streets/path for dog walking. Beach is uncrowded and pup friendly! Enjoy sitting on the front porch, seeing a glimpse of the ocean. Traffic noise on the main road is not bad. Lovely trees and gardens surrounding and on the property. Appreciate the extras, including beach chairs, bikes and a nice outdoor shower.

Perfect!

We loved this house! It was close to the beach and had everything needed for a family of 5. All of the extras ( sunscreen, toilet paper,etc.) made our visit so easy. Loved the bikes! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

A very comfortable stay

The family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was a nice short walk to the beach with children. The house was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. If traveling with older folks the bedroom on the main level is great, plus it is next to a bathroom for ease of access. The family and I enjoyed all the little amenities that made this location very welcoming. From sunblock, to laundry detergent, to beach chairs, to a guest netflix account. I always enjoy the simple things that are not expected to be provided. The security access to enter the house was very simple. I enjoyed the communication with the owner and was attentive to my last minute pet request. Overall I am not much of beach person. Yet a nice place like this makes me ponder on sticking around and enjoying more of the beach life. It is also another reason I like Emerald Isle, it doesn't feel touristy. Thanks John for helping make a nice vacation great.

WONDERFUL !!!

Can't speak highly enough about this property. While nothing real fancy it was very well maintained, well furnished, well stocked with everything you would need, well decorated (including some nice original artwork), well laid out, well situated (very short walk to beach and only 3 miles to town and shopping / restaurants ). Lot's of games, videos, puzzles, books, beach equipment, bikes, etc. Couldn't have been more cozy and comfortable (stayed in January during a storm and it was warm, snug and secure). It was just my wife and I, but would easily accommodate a larger group with the 2 nice bedrooms and full bath upstairs in addition to the bedroom and full bath on the main floor. Nice front deck, screened porched with nice seating and lower level covered outdoor seating, so plenty of room to spread out. Will very likely find ourselves staying here again in the future.

Calm before the wedding

This sweet house was the perfect place to spend time with our kids before our son's wedding! We were able to relax and have room to spread out while being around the corner from the wedding beach house. The house was centrally located to everything we needed and the kitchen was the perfect size to cook for our large family. It truly felt like home away from home. We loved the decor in each room; it was just just our style and made it easy to settle in. Thank you for your hospitality and the thought you put in to provide for your guests. ( And my husband agrees the shower outside is the best in the house!)

A little bit of everything!

This property is well stocked with supplies. Everything you would pack is already here. Fron soap and shampoo to beach chairs and bikes. Just bring yourself, some close, and some food and you are all set. Beautiful deck and screened in porch!

The calm before the storm

We had a wonderful stay and weather until tropical storm Ophelia made an appearance. We only had to leave one day early. The house was comfie and adorable. Easy instructions with no worries. Would definitely recommend this property.

Holla-Daze is wonderfully comfortable cottage. One of the most well equipped places we’ve ever stayed…from the kitchen to the bathrooms to laundry, beach toys, bikes & stuff for the dog…everything we needed was there! John our host was available, attentive & a joy to work with.

Holladaze is wonderful!

My family loved our stay at HollaDaze with our dog! Very close to the beach and very clean! Property manager was very good on communication. Rental has extras that are really nice - bikes, beach chairs (not rusty or falling apart), nice outdoor shower, kitchen pans in good shape, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap already there to ease your check-in. Area is wonderful!!

Great house for both humans and their furbabies.

We loved our comfortable and convinient stay at Holla Daze. The house was spotless and filled with everything one would need away from home. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, and the walk to the beach only took a few minutes. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely home.
