Beautiful full kitchen with new appliances (oven, stove and microwave). The kitchen includes all your basic essentials. A dining area that comfortably seats 4 people. Feel relaxed in your private bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, plenty of closet/storage space, and a Roku TV. A spacious living room area with a queen sized sofa bed and a 55 inch TV with a Firestick. Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+ and Amazon prime are all available at your fingertips. There are board games in the coffee table and a vintage Nintendo console in the TV stand for your entertainment. A private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and bathroom essentials. Last but not least a laundry room with washer and dryer to wash clothes and linen if needed.

This is the bottom unit of a home converted in to two separate spaces. I live in the top unit. There are NO shared spaces, you have the entire unit to yourselves including full kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

Was a perfect spot close to my stepdaughter who is pregnant. Was a great spot for me, my husband, and young son. Only complaint would be the mattress in the room. They definitely would benefit from a new one. Overall though, a great place to stay.

The only reason I did not give this a 5 Star overall is because of the TV's. If you are not used to using online services to find TV shows the navigation is difficult. Other than that, this property was great. Location to areas around Knoxville was wonderful. Neighbor was quiet and seemed secure.

Nice and clean

Everything was great. Property in a neighborhood on a cul de sac. Clean and quiet. Well furnished. I only have one complaint. The bed was terrible. It dipped in the center severely. Not comfortable. Otherwise, great stay.

A nice place to sleep

This vrbo location served our needs. It was clean and close to our family. My husband and I slept in the bedroom and our son on the pull-out couch. It was very private and quiet. Our only complaint was that the mattress seemed worn out and sagged in the middle, making it a little uncomfortable for two people.

1. Mattress needs replacing. It’s sunken in the middle and we rolled to the center. Very incomparable 2. There needs to be a thermostat installed so renters can adjust to their liking

Cute place to stay!

Our stay in Knoxville was very comfortable and cozy! Felipe kept quick contact any time I had any questions too. We showed up after midnight due to horrible flight issues but he gave us a code and we had no trouble. GPS took us directly to the home and his direction lead us to the entry door. I will say that the drive through the neighborhood to the home has lots of turns and takes a little time to get back in there. We had to use GPS every single time (coming and going). But it wasn't a big deal, just mentioning it. We had to allow extra time to get places, is all. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed; plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, ironing board, toilet paper, blow dryer, kitchen items and utensils, extra pillows, space heater, fan... they've thought of just about everything! We did not hang out at the house much, mainly for sleeping, but our stay was wonderful and I'd recommend to anyone. We felt safe, private, and comfy. Thank you!

I thought the stay was pretty good. My wife enjoyed her self and my son enjoyed sleeping on the pull out bed. Love that we were able to cook our own food and store our food instead of eating out all the time. Host was great, nice, easy to deal with. I don’t think I have one complaint. My wife however did not enjoy the softness of the bed. Lol. But it wasn’t like a deal breaker or had a huge impact on our stay, that’s just the way she felt. Neighborhood was quiet, peaceful. House was close to places I needed to get to, mainly to see my family who lived 15 minutes away. I would love to use this property again in the future if we return.

we didn't realize that it was a home and renters liived there.We had to call the main VRBO

We didn't have TV and called the owner and never responded to our call. I didn't have and other way to communicate with him. As we where there for the Bass fishing Classic and wanted to watch the fishing tournament on Sat and Sunday .lThe view on the web slept 4 and not sure with a one bedroom how you could sleep 4. Then with the renter up stairs controlling the air we had to where our coats to stay a little bit warm. It was decorated nice and it was way to far from downtown where all the activities where at. But not having TV for 3 days didn't make me or my husband happy as that was when the fishing tournament was on for 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Great for this formal locals needs

I’m originally from Knoxville and needed a place to stay where I could access Kingston Pike, Cedar Bluff, Karns, and Western Ave due to family. This place was located centrally to that in the Bearden area, it was clean, it was quiet, the host was responsive. The only challenge was transporting luggage in the stone path around to the back of the home since it is a finished basement. I was get very nervous staying somewhere new so there were times I could here the residents walking late at night I would jolt awake but that’s a me problem.

Very quiet, secure, had everything we needed, and good price. Our only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable and we both ended in the middle.
