Renovated country house 1 h from Paris

This peaceful accommodation (in the middle of woods, fields and horses) offers a relaxing stay for the whole family just 1 hour from Paris. Renovated in 2021.

Two independent houses (possible to rent only the large one with reduced price). Seven bedrooms and living areas both inside and outside. Perfect for summer or winter by the fire.

16 "adult" beds (possible more on request).

Renovated in 2022 with only recycled materials and furniture.

Perfect for families (with many games because we have a daughter ourselves) or for telecommuting with many isolated spaces and a very good connection.

The accommodation
MAIN HOUSE:
- a kitchen open to the dining room where all guests can sit at a large farmhouse table
- a large living room with fireplace, two sofas and a bay window with opening onto the forest / a laundry room with toilet
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm), desk and bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: a large master suite with double bed (180) and desk / large separate bathroom with bath and toilet
- Bedroom 3: three single beds (or one double and one single)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140) and bathroom with shower and toilet

APPENDIX:
- Kitchen open to the living room / a bathroom with bath and toilet
- Bedroom 5: double bed (160) and desk
- Bedroom 6: double bed (180) and desk
- Bedroom 7: a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed

GARDEN:
A large terrace and a possibility to set up outdoor tables in the shade of the two plum trees.
Lots of deckchairs.
A self-service BBQ.
A zinc bathing pool that serves as a small swimming pool:)
Indeed, the absence of a swimming pool is a necessary "evil" given the lack of an effective solution to date to almost completely reduce any impact on the environment. The old swimming pool has also been replaced by a rainwater recovery tank in order to ensure a short watering of the garden and not to pump into the water table.
