Aspectos positivos: Llegada y ubicación
Our stay was not what we expected. The location was good, the beds were comfy, the water was hot, the fridge and oven worked, but that was as good as it got. There are TVs in all the rooms, but none of the remotes have batteries in them. The bathrooms have no bath rugs, and the tile in the second bedroom is partially white and partially beige (like they tried to clean it but gave up halfway through). The tub in the second bath didn't drain (it was up to my ankles by the time I was done showering), and when we contacted the host, we were told they would let the cleaning crew know. I guess that if the cleaning crew had actually cleaned the tub before our arrival, they would have known it didn't drain, so I wasn't impressed with the response. The pics on the website don't match the actual premises. Their is no chair in the living room, no kitchen rugs, no rugs in the bedrooms, one of the towel hooks was no longer on the wall with just holes there, the picture of the outside of the condo (by the catch & release pond) is not the building, the condo states it is on the first floor (and it is), but that is not the ground level so you'll need to do the 16 stairs up and down. The coffee pot has been replaced with a Keurig, which is a big deal since we brought grounds, not pods, based on the picture. On our last day, we awoke to cockroaches in the kitchen. Dog walking was difficult because the only nearby grass was on a slope. Not a big deal during the day, but at 2 am it is.
