The Flats on Church Street - #201 and #202 are a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom complex featuring two full kitchens and two private patios. This listing includes both units of a duplex and can accommodate up to 16 guests. We are centrally located within walking distance of all of Downtown Egg Harbor, and incredible entertainment, shopping and dining options. Experience modern comfort in the Heart of Egg Harbor, with responsive hosts and clear check-in/check-out instructions.



The Space:

Each unit measures 1500 sq ft and has been thoughtfully designed by award-winning architects Johnsen Schmaling Architects of Milwaukee. The kitchens are equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities needed to prepare meals. The open concept living areas include table seating for 8, and large sliding glass doors that open to a private patio. The patio has comfortable seating around a gas firepit and a gas grill.



Each unit can sleep up to 6 guests in its bedrooms and up to 8 guests in total with the addition of a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Fast WiFi is available to keep you connected during your stay, or to allow you to enjoy your favorite streaming services.



The duplex is located in the center of Egg Harbor, within walking distance of all the village has to offer.



The Neighborhood:

Egg Harbor is centrally located. The rest of the Door Peninsula is just a short drive away. The Flats on within walking distance is all of Egg Harbor and the many great shops, restaurants and bars it has to offer.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for getting around the many towns of the Door Peninsula. Our central location allows you to walk or bike to downtown Egg Harbor within minutes. The rest of the Peninsula is a short drive away.

As the developers, hosts and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies. The cozy linens we provide are professionally laundered by our staff.
