Retreat to Door County with a private Bay house built new in 2017. Nestled between Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor, you will have over 3 acres and 200 feet of private direct Bay waterfront; with an additional 200 feet of Door County Land Trust to the south.
Avoid the summer crowds and enjoy the secluded back yard with easy direct water access and amazing sunsets. Golf cart, Weber grill, and bon fire pit are available for year-round guest use.
Don’t feel like going out? The large living room and fully equipped kitchen are the perfect spot for making memories. Games, cards, smart TVs, DVD players and DVDs also provided. Starlink internet with speeds often over 80 mbs for streaming on Smart TV as well as your favorite devices.
No pets.
No events.
No smoking.
Cleaning fee is $500 per stay.

Amenities 1HR from Lambeau Field!
Parking- attached garage with a 4 prong 50 amp charger (i.e. fast TESLA charging) and enough room for 1 car. Parking on blacktop driveway for up to 4 large SUVS.
Gas fireplace and A/C
Starlink Internet with speeds of 125mbps with averages 80mbp.
2 Smart TVs with Netflix account provided and local antennas. Play Station 3 for games and DVDs in living room with additional DVD player in master bedroom.
First floor laundry room with washer and dryer.
Kitchen fully stocked with basic utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, both K cup and drip coffee maker, blender, and crockpot. Basic baking utensils also included- mixing bowls, mixer, and cookie sheets.

Outdoor Amenities:
Direct water access- gentle smooth pebble rock slope to the water. No dock or boat launch on site. Rocks can be slippery- we recommend wearing water shoes.

Pack ‘n play
Provided Essentials:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please provide your own beach towels.
Starter pack of essentials is provided- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, 3 garbage bags, and 6 coffee filters.
Due to health guidelines all food and perishable items must be removed between guests. Please provide your own cooking essentials (i.e. cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee).
Please note it is a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

This property was definitely a ten star! Beautiful home with a wonderful layout. So clean and very well stocked. Games for young and old along with so much for outdoor activities. Just a short walk on a lighted path to get to the waters edge. Location was great for our Door County sightseeing!

Wonderful retreat for solitude and get aways

The property is very easy to get to. It's very well maintained, clean, great layout for watching a family. You can get-togethers or retreats. That's a nice short walk to. They're very secluded in private Schoo access point to the lake.Communication from the host was excellent. I really enjoyed our time there. We are absolutely looking forward to coming back

Amazing lake house!

This house has it all! The house itself is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and there are so many games and toys! The kitchen is well stocked and the items are in great condition. There is a huge variety of water toys, yard games, etc. We had a blast with the paddle boards, lily pad, kayak, air hockey, hammocks, fire pit and rock painting. Bring quarters to play Silver City in the garage! There are coolers, life jackets, beach towels, bug spray - Josh has thought of everything. The golf cart was very handy for transporting items down to the waterfront. Josh responds quickly and is extremely helpful. This was the perfect place for two families (4 adults, 4 kids). We would love to stay here again!

Ideal Family reunion home

Josh's house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for...amenities we enjoyed included all the included water toys ( 2 SUPs, lillypad, kayak) and the waterfront firepit and chairs with firewood included was a huge plus for us. The sunsets were amazing.The garage is set up for entertaining as well with large screen smart TV loaded APPs, lawn games ( cornhole and super fun plastic ax throwing game) air hockey, and even a table for kids to paint rocks from the beach at. The house itself is amazing too. Pictures on VRBO are accurate , kitchen was well stocked and decorated beautifully with plenty of board games.Josh was amazing to work with, he answered my 2 questions immediately and super friendly.If I had to critique 1 thing which is accurately represented, the beachfront is not sandy, its small smooth rocks, so bring water shoes for entering the lake ( we had the toddlers play on the lillypad) Josh recommended a beautiful sandy beach for us 20 mins away. I almost forgot that Josh offers use of his golf cart, which made going back and forth to the water part of the fun !

Cozy getaway!

Our stay here was wonderful. Everything was clean and neat, they have tons of games for adults and kids. The water view was beautiful and we hope to be back soon!

Awesome girls weekend

The house was amazing! We had such a great time at your place. Rained a little so we played games inside. Otherwise we sat down by the water and had a fire up by the house a lot of the days. Loved this house

Lovely

Very lovely property, however, owners have a large dog bed in living space. We assumed this was a pet free property. Persons in our group were affected by the dog dander allergies. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!

House is absolutely wonderful! You can tell so much thought has been put in on what is available in the house, how spaces are organized, and how the house is decorated. This is the first rental I have not had to purchase paper products for and actually has a fully equipped kitchen. Air hockey was a huge hit! Having a suite on the first floor is great for grandparents. We will be back!

Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend staying here enough! It is in the perfect setting. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. It’s nice because you are so close to everything yet are in a quiet, peaceful area to relax. The house was super clean and just as expected.

Family Time

Beautifully furnished newer home that was fully stocked and had great views of Green Bay. Not ideal for all adults with the bunk beds in the "Kid Room". Very hot sleeping upstairs even with the air conditioning on and the room fans provided which makes me think you know this is an issue. Nice rental.

Perfect location to hit the “pause” button!

We absolutely loved this house! The house was very clean, well stocked with supplies and activities. We enjoyed the paddle boards, games and the lake! I would highly recommend this property!
