Cozy / Spacious townhouse in prime location!

Perfect for traveling doctors or nurses or a family visiting the area. This cozy yet spacious townhouse located in Northbrook Villas is in a prime location. Near Parkview North and Dupont hospitals and close to I65 and I465 for easy travel around Fort Wayne. It is located just off the Salomon Farm Park exercising trails. You will be in ultimate comfort in this clean, inviting space and can park your car out of the elements in the 2 car attached garage.

This welcoming, clean, and spacious townhouse has everything you will need for a comfortable stay for as little or as long as needed. A full kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, Ninja blender, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and few staples for cooking (you supply the groceries). We will supply coffee, a bottle of wine, and microwave popcorn.

The beds are new and comfortable with a king in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. The king bedroom has both blackout blinds and blackout curtains for the best possible sleep no matter what time of day. The queen bedroom has blinds with blackout curtains over them. Both rooms have spacious closets with hangers and laundry baskets. The master bedroom (king bed and smart tv) is on the main floor with an attached full bathroom. The upstairs bedroom (queen) has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom right across the hall. There is also a stand-up fan available to those who love the comfort of "white noise" or a breeze while sleeping.

Unwind and relax by the cozy gas fireplace while enjoying the 50 inch Samsung smart tv with our free wifi and local channels. And a huge bonus with an additional relaxation area that we like to call "the nest" up in the loft with another 50 inch smart tv!

Please note that extra sleeping spaces mentioned in the living rooms are couches only. They are not pullout couches. There are two couches in the downstairs living room that could be used as beds, and a large couch in the upstairs loft area that could be used as a bed. None of them pullout into larger beds.

We have a private outdoor patio just off the living room with a table and chairs. The front porch also has two chairs and a table where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Other necessities you will find: clean linens, towels, a hair dryer, a scale, basic cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dish and dishwasher soap, iron and ironing board.

Snow removal and mowing are all taken care of by the association.

We will supply a few basics to get you started during your stay (4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels) but you will need to buy more as needed.

We have a keypad entry on the front door and the garage door with a code special to each guest, and are changed directly after check out.
