Now accepting winter ski rental for 2025-2026, Dec-March, or Jan-March. Spacious 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms vacation house in the heart of North Conway. Perfect location for all season get away. House offers spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, dinning area, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space with bar stools, additional space in the family room on the ground level. Bathroom on each levels. Enough sleeping space for everyone. Celebrate the holidays, watch the games, make memories.
The total number of adults allowed at this house are 14 adults. The top two beds of the bunk beds will not support the weight of an adult. Only a child is suppose to sleep on the top bed of the bunk beds.
Spacious vacation home perfect for a large family with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Ideal vacation home for large groups, featuring fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of fun amenities.
Two separate entertaining rooms on separate floors makes it perfect for every enjoy their time.
House is on a quite residential street, allowing it to be close to all the local amenities yet set back from the traffic.
This vacation home surrounded by the majestic white mountains provides a perfect escape for a tranquil getaway.
House has a deck off the kitchen that can be used for grill and can fit couple chairs.
There is a yard space to the left and back of the house that can be used for outside seating.

Hannaford and Walmart Supercenter are about 2 miles from the house.

Very close to North Conway Downtown. Off street parking onto the driveway. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from all in short distance to this vacation house.
Please respect the quite time. No outdoor gathering between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We allow monthly rentals for winter season, beginning of December to end of March. We provide option to book a month or the entire winter season, if there are no other bookings already in place.
HOUSE RULES:
Smoking, pets, parties, loud music are strictly prohibited. Additional charges
for cleaning and replacement of damaged items will be applied for any violation of the rules.
Maximum numbers of adults allowed at this house is 14 adults. The top two beds of the bunk beds will not support the weight of an adult, only a child is suppose to sleep on the top bed of the bunk bed.
All guests should be at least 25 years or older unless accompanied with parents or legal guardians.
If you use any of the outdoor games and chairs bring everything back inside the shed after use.
Use of indoor fireplace/wood stove is prohibited.
If you use the firepit make sure it is watered down after use. Any damage caused due to improper handling of the firepit will be guests' responsibility and liability. Use the firepit at your own risk.
No food should be eaten in the carpet/rug areas or on the furniture. Guests will be charged for cleaning or replacement fees for any damage or stains to the carpet/rug or furniture that happened during their stay.
We would like to inform you if some issues arrives during your stay that requires a contractor to fix or a service provider to fix the issue, it might not be addresses right away during your stay. It is extremely difficult to get a contractor come asap in this part of the state. Also keep in mind internet in mountain region is not always reliable, if the house loses internet due to storm or other weather related issue, it might be days before someone can come fix the issue. No refund or credit will be provided for internet issues at the house.
Your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property without refund for not following the house rules.
Remove footwear in the hallway, no footwear should be worn inside the house pass the front hallway.
Quite times are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outside gatherings during quite time.
