Bring the whole family to this well appointed property, with lots of room for making memories. Surrounded by trees you will feel completely secluded while still being conveniently close to town & everything the White Mtn. Valley has to offer.
`Spacious` is the word that comes to mind while waking through this beautiful property. Large kitchen & oversize dining table, enormous deck with additional outdoor dining area & 3 levels of living space & entertainment areas for all the family to enjoy.
Split over three levels this well appointed home has everything you need and more for a truly unforgettable stay.
Enter through a private entrance on to the main living area and find a spacious and flowing layout - oversize kitchen with dining area large enough for everyone, coffee station and breakfast seating area, entry to an expansive deck from to doors that to you to an outdoor seating/dining area and hot tub - made completely private by the surrounding trees. The main living level is completed by a half bath and a dedicated room with an office space
(including two monitors) for those who need some privacy and quiet to get some work done.
The upper level compromises four bedrooms - a spectacular master suite complete with whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and skylight, two additional queen rooms, a bunk room with full size bunk beds, shared full bathroom with double vanity and a separate laundry room.
The lower level of the house is made up of the games room and adjoining bunk room and additional full bathroom. This level has walkout access to the extensive back yard - adding to the fun!
Guests will have access to the entire house for the duration of their stay. One week ahead of arrival guests will be provided with all check in information needed - including the full address and a unique access code.
his is a professionally run rental unit, which means there is a local team that are there for you whenever you need them, giving you additional peace-of-mind during your stay.

This is a residential neighborhood and we ask that you respect the quiet times of 10pm-8am - especially when you are on the deck/in the hot tub - the noise can travel through the valley below.
You need to be 25 or older to book and we favor family groups or responsible groups of friends.
There is noise monitoring software at the property that measures decibels ONLY.
Parking for 3 cars only - one in the garage and two on the driveway.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.
The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.
