Relax for a week or a weekend on a quiet cove near Goat Island. Bring your boat or rent one from one of the nearby marinas. In the afternoon, splash in the pool on the property or enjoy a fire outside by the condo.

There is a boat ramp and storage on the property to make your life easy and relaxing.

The condo is located near Goat Island in Sparta, Ga. The unit is a large (1898 sf) with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located on a quiet cove with plenty of boat docks available on a first come first serve basis. The pool is just steps away from the condo. The balcony overlooks the cove and the docks.

It is a great place for the family to enjoy the lake!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only problem was that we could not get ice or water out of the refrigerator very easily. Other than that, everything was very good.

Very pleased with the room!

Place was very clean, had all the kitchen stuff you needed to prepare meals, beds were comfortable, plenty of sleeping space, open floor plan. The ONLY thing we didn't like was how far from town it is. BUT, the place was absolutely beautiful and we would definitely stay here again.

Tranquility on Lake Sinclair

This has been our second stay and would highly recommend this property. It's spotlessly clean, has all the amenities you could possibly want and the owner responds quickly if you have any questions. Had issues with the wifi and owner responded immediately and corrected the problem. The location is on a quiet cove of Lake Sinclair. It's about 30 min max to downtown Milledgeville. My only recommendation is bring whatever food you need with you because it is in a remote area. Highly recommend this property!

Graduation trip

We took my Mama and our 5 boys for the weekend for a graduation getaway. The condo was so spacious & beautiful. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as size because of it being a condo but the pictures don't do it justice. It was perfect! The view off the back porch were amazing. We loved the pool as well, an added bonus. Everything was stocked and ready for anything we could need. No complaints! We so enjoyed it and are ready to go back! Neighbors down the cove had fireworks a few nights, which we loved. The condos are very quiet and people were friendly. We recommend.

Was a beautiful property, it just wasnt cleaned properly. Upon arrival, beds were stripped and laying on the floor, the front 1/2 bathroom was dirty with a blowout in it, and towels were smelly in the washer that had been sitting there. Upon further investigating, we dont think the property was cleaned at all according to what we're supposed to do upon leaving the property. Got in contact with owner, but no apology of any kind, just that she would get in contact with cleaners. Had to make up the beds on our own. We didnt bother rewashing the towels, we just put them to the side. Again, it was a beautiful place and the pool was nice and close by.

Long weekend get away

Visited granddaughter at Georgia College for a long weekend. It's about 30 min. away from the college but it was well worth the peace and quiet.. Beautiful location on a peaceful cove of Lake Sinclair. This condo is spotlessly clean,well stocked and beautifully decoraged. We plan to return!!

I live close to this condo and it is a wonderful place for my extended family to stay when they visit. We had one minor issue with the exterior door but Jenny handled it. I will definitely book this condo again!

Awesome!

This property is wonderful. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she always replied in a timely manner. The property is well taken care of and a great location on the lake as well. The pool is another plus. We loved being able to visit the pool after a long day in the lake.

We will be back!

Our friends have a lake house, but you know it can get cramped when time for bed. We booked this and were so excited when we opened the door! The kids thought they were living in luxury! 😆 This place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely return!

Great condo!

We have a lake house ‘just around the corner’ and used this condo for overflow. Everyone who stayed there commented on how comfortable, clean, & quiet it was. It is very remote, but so is our house! Will definitely rent again when needed.

Great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, and Jenny was very helpful. We brought our boat, and we were able to access the dock easily. We had a great time!! One note - To get there, you must go through a VERY hilly and curvy area just as a heads up to anyone who gets carsick.
