The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

**Welcome to Leisure-Lee Retreat located on Lake Sinclair, in GA!**

This water front fully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath property is a hidden gem, featuring an amazing yard space that will leave you in awe. Step outside to find a fenced-in yard area with outdoor dining facilities, where you can enjoy your meals al fresco while taking in the serene lake views. An outdoor TV on the patio allows you to catch your favorite shows or watch the big game while basking in the fresh air. No need for speakers we have a Bluetooth audio system at the boathouse on the dock. There is a propane/charcoal grill. We do recommend you bring your own propane tank (Propane not provided) (be sure to bring your own charcoal).

As the sun sets, the fire pit comes to life with inviting string lights, creating a cozy ambiance for evening gatherings and marshmallow roasting. The private dock beckons you to unwind by the water, complete with a fishing station and 3 kayaks available for guest use. As well as 2 paddle boards, a canoe w/troll motor. Feel free to bring your own boat and jet skis, as the dock offers ample space to tie them off for easy access to the lake or you can park your boat under the covered slip. (There is no boat lift) There are fishing pole holders for up to 4-5 rods at the dock as well as a Bojo fishing light (which attracts bugs and knocks them in the water), as well as a green blob under-water light, a great setup for all fisherman. There is a commercial grade fishing sink to clean all your fish at the dock (with an outlet), as well as ice maker on the dock. The 2nd dock features outdoor dining on the deck for four guests. There is also high speed internet with a WIFI extender so you can get maximum coverage at the dock.

Inside, the property comfortably sleeps 6 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom features 2 cozy twin beds with high-end tempur-pedic mattresses. Additional sleeping arrangements for 2 are available in the living room on the high-end tempur-pedic queen sleeper sofa, ensuring everyone has a restful night's sleep. Please let us know if you are planning to utilize the sleeper sofa. Each bedroom, living room and outdoor patio area are equipped with smart TV's. You can use your own accounts to sign into.

The dock is perfectly safe for swimming, allowing you to cool off and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Lake Sinclair. Meanwhile, the expansive yard provides plenty of space for outdoor games, picnics, or simply soaking up the sunshine with your loved ones. The outdoor yard is a level lot to the dock & zero steps in the house. There’s two hanging hammocks for our guest to relax in or nice for a good read! There is also board games/puzzles for a rainy day as well as cornhole and horseshoes.

2 laundry pods
4 trash bags
Dish detergent
Hand soap per bathroom and kitchen

We recommend you bring anything additional you may need during your visit.

This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $100-$500 depending on the amount of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the home, outdoor yard space. Guest do not have access to the boat ramp, the locked cabinet in laundry area, or the locked shed on the property.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood Cedar Point subdivision homes are very spread out, giving guests space and privacy.

Getting Around:
This property is a 15 minute drive to GMC & GCSU. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offers various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Walmart in Eatonton near 15 minutes away and a Kroger in Milledgeville approx. 20 minutes away from the property. Twin Bridges Marina is a 10 minute drive. Lake Sinclair Recreational area is a 5 minute drive for boat ramp access.
