Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 60 m² apartment for rent in Dinard, which can accommodate up to 3 travelers, 850m from Plage de l'Ecluse, with private closed garage.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 25 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
Exterior :
- a south-west-facing balcony accessible from the living room to enjoy fine weather
- a balcony accessible from the kitchen and bedroom
- a private garage in the basement
The apartment is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are close at hand: a small supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and a bakery 5 minutes.
The center of Dinard is less than 8 minutes away on foot. An exceptional market takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
You can reach St Malo by boat shuttle, the pier being a 15-minute walk away.
Dinard's thalassotherapy center is 1.3km away, ideal for a cure or to treat yourself to day treatments.
