Located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a quiet and secure residence in the centre of Dinard with a private parking space. The apartment consists of a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living room opening onto the kitchen and lounge/living room with TV and sofa, and a dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen with, in particular: a Senseo pod coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.
- A separate sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190 cm), equipped with a wardrobe. Please note that there is limited space to move around in the bedroom.

The Cosy Mimosa apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Dinard, just 150 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants... The Place des Halles, home to Dinard's wonderful market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Although located in the very centre, the accommodation is quiet because the living room window (3rd floor) overlooks the private car park and not the street, which means you don't have to put up with any potential noise pollution due to the central location. It is bathed in light during the day.


Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park (above-ground parking space).

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo: 16 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 80 km
- The pier for travelling to Saint-Malo by boat is a 10-minute walk away (Cale du Bec à la Vallée)
