Our Casita is perfectly situated in the central area and is within minutes to the University of Arizona, movie theaters, restaurants, museums and cafes. No need to worry about the Arizona heat, enjoy a nice refreshing dip in our full size swimming pool!!! EV charging on site.
This property offers the convenience of self check-in and self checkout, allowing you to arrive and depart at your own pace. During your stay, we respect your privacy and give you space to fully enjoy the home. Should any issues arise, our maintenance team is available and just a message or phone call away to promptly assist with repairs or concerns.

Pets are welcome, but must not enter the pool area for health and safety reasons. Pets are also not allowed on the furniture or beds.
House-trained dogs only. TWO dogs max. $99 per dog, per stay. Dogs should be crated when left alone in the property.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times. If you do not clean up after the dog, and/or there is an excessive mess, an additional $200 extra cleaning fee will apply.
🌊 Pool Use
Please follow all posted pool rules for safety. No glass containers in or around the pool area. Pool is not heated.
If glass, bodily fluids, or any excessive dirtiness is created in the pool, there will be extra charges for additional cleaning and potential draining/refilling of the pool with costs ranging from $500-$1500.
