Fantastic House!

We really enjoyed staying at this house in Couer d'Alene. It is close to many restaurants and just a short drive to the main walking area of town by the lake. The house is spacious with three bedrooms upstairs and a complete basement that has a 4th bedroom downstairs. Cozy gas fireplaces are available on both floors, and all the furnishings and decor seem new and cute. The property was very clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was great with the owners/managers, which is always much appreciated. It was a pleasure for my family to get to spread out and not be on top of each other in a cramped hotel room!

Perfect place for the family

What a wonderful home to call home base. First, the home was clean and nicely decorated. Having a room for each child and plenty of communal space for everyone to hang out. Great quiet neighborhood that made for wonderful evenings in the backyard with firepit and BBQ. The location was close to the downtown amenities (parks, beaches, Tubbs Hill, ect). Contacting owner was always prompt in responses. The property provided beach chairs, towels and even rafts which was so appreciated as we went and floated the river. We would certainly stay there again. Thanks for being such a great host.

Quiet and Comfy

The tranquil neighborhood offered a sense of peace and security. The adjacent park provided an ideal setting for a refreshing morning stroll, while various businesses were conveniently located within walking distance. In addition, the nearby lake and downtown area were easily accessible, adding to the convenience and charm of the location. As for the house, it was truly magnificent - impeccably clean and spacious, providing ample room for our comfort. In summary, it was an exquisite and delightful place to call home.

Great property

This house was great for our family. Had all the room and as amenities that we needed. While not on Sherman it was very close and very easy to walk to everything. This house was very clean and updated! Great stay!

Very Nice

The property is very nice and the neighborhood was great. It was close to Sherman street which is the Main Street in Coeur d’ Alene. One of the fireplaces was not working but they were quick to get it up and going. The main bedroom with the king bed is actually downstairs which wasn’t a problem for us. The property was super clean. The towels have seen better days. Overall is was a great stay.

Long weekend with family

Loved our stay

Things we loved about the house: Great location in town with a short walk or short drive to the lake and Sherman Ave and 4th Street; Comfortable with space for multiple people to spread out; Newly updated and fresh modern design; Well stocked kitchen; Excellent backyard for hanging out with comfortable chairs and picnic table; Gas grill works great; Wonderful communication from host; Easy check-in and checkout instructions. We had fantastic weather and spent hours chatting on the back patio. CDA is a wonderful place.

Family Time

Everything was wonderful. Home is beautiful and well appointed with just about everything you need. Short walk to grocery store and of course ice cream shop.Close to town and Tubbs Hill for hiking. Great safe neighborhood.Grandkids loved skiing for the first time. We will be back.

Cozy, clean home

I reserved this home for a girls' trip to visit the area. We all loved the home. It is very comfortable with a large kitchen and two fireplaces. It is in a great neighborhood with easy access to downtown and the interstate.

Weekend Stay

The house was very cute, updated and super clean. Wonderful location and within walking distance of downtown CDA. Take Sherman Ave all the uptown and the walk will be done in no time! I would definitely stay here again and again!

Great hostess.! My daughter left her wallet behind when we checked out. Hostess was very helpful in promptly locating it & mailing to dtg. The property was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable, & well located - east to reach downtown. The only drawbacks were No handrail to basement rooms. (Nervous about our toddler, and oldsters!). Also, had to visit Starbuck’s for internet connectivity,. Poor within house. Would rent again - when children a little older!

Close/Short drive to Downtown and Lake

This home was perfect for our 5 sisters reunion. It was nice to all be in one place but had different areas of the home to spread out if we needed to. The location was a close/short drive to all the activity downtown and on the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was a great place to hang out. CDA was a beautiful place to visit and I would highly recommend this home as a place to stay that is nearby many activities, lake access and the downtown area.

Perfect setting

The house was very welcoming and accommodating for our group of 5 adults and two children. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to Tubbs Hill, the beach and downtown area. Enough space for everyone and the backyard was peaceful!
