The property was family friendly and accommodating to a large group. Plenty of sleeping and three full size bathrooms and showers. Fully stocked kitchen and entertainment game room. Our family was able to enjoy every room in the home. Walks along the river and close to shops. Five star.

Great property in a fantastic location. You can walk to breakfast at Le Peeps or the beach at the river for a little swim. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome House and Great Location!

Beautiful house with lots of space and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would need, and the upstairs entertaining space was excellent. Great location with food, walking paths, and beautiful park within close walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

This stunning house was perfect for my two week stay. I needed a quiet tranquil rental to stay in while I had dr appointments and this was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to so many things. The house is decorated so beautiful it just makes you feel uplifted. I like the cozy downstairs and comfy bed. We booked it again and can’t wait to come back. This will be my go to rental in CDA :) the host Nicola is so nice and caring and was so helpful to me I am grateful for a great experience! If you are looking for a great rental this is it!

We booked this beautiful home for a 16th birthday girls trip for my daughter and friend. It was perfect for our Scarywood experience, close to plenty of restaurants and within walking distance of froyo, shopping and a movie theater.The upstairs area is perfect for the teenagers to play pool, games, make tik toks, watch movies and just have their own space while mom & dad get to relax downstairs. Booking, checkin, checkout and communication with were super easy and the house is very clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in CDA!

This is my second stay at this beautiful home. The host is very sweet and replies fast, ready to help answer any questions :) I wanted to stay here again, #1 because Natalia is so amazing to work with, and #2 because it is very quiet in this location, and #3 the house is also so beautiful and comfortable. A great spot in Riverstone and close to the intersection to get on the freeway. My daughter had a relaxing weekend (20yr old college girls) with her friends for her birthday weekend. They were so happy to stay at this home, they stayed up for hours visiting and playing games, content not needing to run around anywhere. They said it was the best birthday weekend ever and can't wait to come back! It was wonderful to have the upstairs for their games and movie. If you are looking for a stunning relaxing quiet safe spot, book it now this is the one!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Everything was as described. The location is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and theatre. I would definitely stay here again, just like home:)

Loved it!

Perfect place for our family while in town for a soccer tourney! So, so clean. Amazing decor. Plenty of hang out space upstairs. Great location. Short walk to the river, coffee shops, & restaurants.

Gorgeous Home

This was the perfect house for our stay! It's beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The bunk room was great for all the kids. The upstairs was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Some could play games at the large table, while others were at the pool table, and others still chilling out in front of the TV. The location was perfect ... just a few minutes from downtown. I grew up in Coeur d'Alene and it was important for me to have easy access to downtown. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful place if the air works

The house was great other than the air conditioner not working correctly. Glad my kids are handy since the unit had to be drained daily, or it would quit working or overflow would run over. Other than that, the house was beautiful and worked well for my kid's family.

Beautiful home! A true gem!

This is by far one of the finest homes I’ve experienced renting. It’s beautifully decorated with such attention to detail you truly feel surrounded by luxury. The bedding was heavenly from the mattresses to the pillows, comforters etc. and this was not only in the master but throughout the home including the bunk room. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The appliances are high end and it’s very well stocked in general. The upstairs family room was fantastic. The couch was comfortable and catching a movie on the big screen TV was an enjoyable way to end the day. The game area, though we didn’t use it, is definitely a great addition and the outdoor patio is nicely furnished, a serene space to relax. The location was incredibly convenient and safe. The owner was wonderful and quick to respond if I had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again in the future! An A+ property!

Comfortable home with plenty of room for kids and adults. Near water and walking/running trails. Home was clean and kitchen was great to cook in for thanksgiving.

Did not disappoint!

If you’re looking for a clean, modern, fun and roomy house - this is it! My family, friends and I had more than enough room to do anything and it was SO cute! Very clean, had everything we needed (appliances, dishes, soaps, etc), and was in the perfect location!

Stunning home in a great location

This home was beautiful! From the high end appliances, down to every thoughtful decoration. It was located right on a bike path which we loved for our morning walks and a quick walk to restaurants & shops. The only hiccup we had was cleaning was running behind on arrival (the home was double booked) and we weren’t able to gain access until 8pm instead of 4pm. I also didn’t receive the entry code until I reached out on the day of arrival. However the home owner was a delight and very helpful. We would definitely return!!

We built this home from the ground up and hope you enjoy it just the way we do. Everything is hand selected down to the kitchen accessories carefully planned to enjoy . The Bike Trail is literally at the back door step, so convenient to ride everywhere ! Starbucks and movie theaters are just steps away from the house! If you like to walk you can walk to everything including the movie theaters, spas, salons, shops, restaurants, cafes and down to the river !
