Welcome to Houston, Texas!
This home away from home is located in the heart of the medical center, near Old Spanish Trail and Kirby Dr. Perfectly located in an upscale neighborhood it is safe, quiet and offers access to premiere shopping (Target, Kroger’s, Chase Bank, BofA, etc) restaurants and a diversity social experience.
Just minutes from the Galleria, Medical Center, Rice Village, Rice University, Zoo and NRG Stadium.
Cozy, clean, first/grown floor, controlled access community.
This 2/2 condo is all inclusive, (water, electricity, basic cable). 2 Queen Beds, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths, utilities included, Kitchen and Living room with a TV, Pool and Tennis Court also in the complex!
This is a NON-smoking apartment. NO pets allowed.
Month to Month is based on a 30 nights stay... additional nights will at $10% discount/night, longer stay (3+ months) are eligible to a discount of 10% a month.. Traveling nurses or professionals -

Excellent central Houston location

Stayed for 2 nights with the family for errands and some exploration. Everywhere we went was in the range of 20 minutes away. Lots of places to eat close by and a Target Supercenter on the other side of the fence for your groceries needs…

My original booking with VRBO fell through, and I was able to find this listing. It was the best thing that could have happened! JC was very accomodating and responsive to any question or issue that we had during our stay. The property ws clean and very well kept. It was also very convenient for any shopping we had to do, with Target right next door and Kroger 2 minutes away. There was also a variety of eateries that was in walking distance. If i wver have cause to go back to that area, this listing will be my first (and hopefully only) stop

Quiet, clean and cozy get away in the center of the city

Comfy, Quiet and Conveniently Located

This property is in a terrific location - especially for NRG and medical district. It is easy to get to nearby venues and is comfortable and very clean. It is a quiet place to relax while in the hustle of the city. Great communication from the host. We love staying here!

Perfect Location

I booked this property for my parents & grandparents trip to MD Anderson. It was a great location. The handicap parking was right by the apartment. It was centrally located to everything they needed, and they said the apartment was perfect for them.

Clean and convenient

My girlfriend and I were attending our Rice U alumni event. The condo was perfect for both of us. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was a little sparse on kitchen supplies, but it met our need.

Nice Stay

You can't go wrong with this place. To be fair the neighborhood looks a bit sketch but I didn't feel scared. The pool was dirty but we still swam a bit. The check in and out process was excellent and communication couldn't have been better.
