I enjoyed my recent stay at this property. The host was truly amazing and provided excellent service, responding to all inquiries in a very timely manner.The place was exceptionally clean and felt very much like a home away from home. Great place to spend the weekend, unit was real close to the NRG center, and had everything we needed. The host Latish was very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic space! Well organized, well decorated, clean, and comfortable. Once the lockbox was located checkin was easy. The host was quick to respond when we couldn’t find the lockbox at first despite the late hour. The host and the apartment were both excellent. The only minor hiccup was rhe apartment is on the first floor, but parking is on the 6th. The parking garage elevator was not functioning during our stay (not the host’s fault at all) so we dropped off those family members unable to walk up 5 flights of stairs on the ground level before parking on the 6th. We would definitely stay here again even with the elevator issue! It was a wonderful experience.

Great place.

I have stayed at a similar apartment before and this one did not disappoint. It was just a few minutes from NRG stadium so it saved me a lot of time and money coming back from Beyonce. The host was very friendly and responded immediately.The only downside I had was that the apartment never felt cold enough which is not on the host. There’s only one vent in the room where I was staying and I never really felt the cold air. I was just glad I brought a little fan to help me sleep at night. Overall I would encourage others to stay here. It was a great experience.

Great location for a concert at NRG

Property was perfect for our needs and walking to the stadium was so handy!We had an issue with the lockbox at check in but our host was FREAKING AWESOME! She was super responsive and she and her husband went out of their way to quickly get us in and settled. The lockbox isn’t their fault so I still rate check in a solid five stars.

Great unit for NRG stadium events!

This unit was perfect for 2 adult couples spending the weekend in Houston for the rodeo. It was super close to the fairgrounds, very clean and comfortable, and we felt very safe there and walking to the events. We will definitely stay here again!

Parking

The main issue with the parking is we had to park on 6th floor staying on the 1st floor which made unloading and loading a hassle. Also garage door was broke when we arrived which made you feel not as secure. Exterior lighting for the building shines into both bedrooms needs blinds for top of the windows.With that being said the host was excellent and quickly responded to any concerns!

After surgery

My husband was having out patient surgery and we decided to stay here. We were so comfortable because in the first place it was close to the hospital. Since arriving the host was extremely helpful and always responded to any text I sent. She was awesome.

Rice visit and NRG concert

Was in town for a quick 2 day trip to visit Rice University and a concert at NRG. Overall experience was very good. The facility and apartment were well maintained and clean. The apartment met all of our needs and was in a great location, mainly for the quick walk to the stadium. I would highly recommend this for visitors who want to avoid parking and other headaches with events. The host was great and very proactive communicating all of the check in and check out instructions very clearly resulting in a smooth process for us. Thanks for the visit, recommend to other VRBO users.

First Texas trip

Host was amazing. Instruction on everything was given in an understanding manner. The apartment is just as listed, beautiful. The location was perfect, we were not far from anything. We ran into a problem with the water going out. Reached out to Mrs. Latisha and she responded explaining that something was going on in the building. Water wasn't out to long. Only disappoint was the pool wasn't open, it was so Beautiful. Definitely will stay again. Oh yeah, there were plenty of supplies in the apartment, my teen daughter loved the bed. The pillows were amazing. 😊 Thanks Mrs. Latisha, see you again soon. ❤️

Week long stay

Great location to HLSR. The light that shines in the window to the primary window was a huge negative for me It lit the whole room up at night. I am a light sleeper so I would wake up every hour due to it. The property was very nice itself but outside there was some homeless people that would lay outside the main door and ask to be let in often. Luckily the complex was pretty secure, but was uneasy with as many wanting in and having a balcony right there they could have hopped over. The owner was very communicative and attentive to our needs the whole time. The snacks and coffee being there at arrive was a great touch as well.

Groceries and food within walking distance. A quiet building with indoor parking. Key access for the apartment is located in the walking entrance of the garage. Upon initial arrival park your car outside the garage entrance, retrieve the keys and then proceed to the parking area. Latish is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again. FYI being on the 1st floor there are flood lights outside the bedroom window that prevent complete darkness at night. This was not an issue for me but if you are just bring a sleeping mask.

Convenient and comfortable

I traveled with my friend for her visit to MD Anderson. Our stay was unexpectedly extended and we had to move from our original location. We found this apartment and were so happy. Comfortable, close to the med center, and our host could not have been more accommodating, responding with great compassion to our situation and special needs. Do bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light, as exterior apartment security lights filter through. If you like to swim or enjoy a game of pool, take advantage of the clubhouse and pool area. Quite nice! Again, the nicest host! Thank you…

Great rental by NRG

My son and daughter in law surprised me with Saints tickets for their game against the Texans. This property was perfect! It was within walking distance of the stadium. The apartment is really cute and cozy. We loved the porch! The only part we had a hard time with was getting into the garage. I got stuck at the gate with people behind me and they had to help me get in. Parking was great! I felt very safe in the garage and everywhere on the property. I will stay here again next time I’m in Houston!
