STR#227459 This beautifully remodeled top-floor 2-bedroom closest to the beach offers an open floor plan with unbeatable views of the gulf, beach, and channel. The 4 Adirondack high chairs on the balcony allow comfortable viewing all day long from sunrises, to almost-touchable pelicans flying by to ships passing in the channel. The master bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination, and the second bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
No pets allowed.

Exceeded expectations

This property was amazing. It is beautifully appointed, nicely furnished and had generously large patio with panoramic views of the gulf comfortable seating for 4+ people. The condo is literally a minute's walk to the beach. It's very convenient to town and close to a fishing pier, which I enjoyed walking out on just to watch the surfers and get a different view of the water. It was also cool to watch the ships come and go out of the port. The property has windows that also face inland so that you can watch sunsets in addition to sunrises. Its on the end of the building, so there isn't any people walking past the property. I highly recommend this unit as well as the Dunes. We didn't check out the pool and hot tub, but I understood the pool was heated and we did see a few people swimming in the pool during our stay.

Wonderful stay and gorgeous views!

We loved our stay! The staff is nice, the pool is great for the kids after a day at the Beach. Location is so convenient. Very nice decorations and very clean! We enjoyed the views from the deck each morning and night!

Great condo with beautiful view!

The condo is on the top level and faces the beach. The views are excellent. Condo is up to date and very clean and has everything that you would need. They also have an on site pool, which works well for the evenings after being at the beach during the day. My only issue was with check-in. I arrived early, which I did request upon booking and was told to check when I got there. I went to the desk and the lady that was there didn't even notice I was standing there, because she was on her phone, not talking. I told her that I wanted to see if my unit was ready and without even getting up from the side, away from the desk, she said it wouldn't be ready until 4PM. I told her that I had asked about early check-in when I booked, and she stated "well we have your number and will call if it is available". So my family and I then left do go do some other things and returned at 3:45PM. I go back and check again, and the same lady says I am sorry but I can't check you in until 4PM, even though all of the paperwork was sitting on the desk already printed out. I know this because when I did check in at 4PM she grabbed it from her right side where I had previously seen the papers. My thing is, if you are not going to allow early check-ins, don't list it on the site or tell someone that it is an option. Better train your employees in customer service, to not be so lazy as to not even check, make a call or something to see if the unit is available. Check in is and hour later and check out and hour earlier than hotels, so a little goes a long way. Just saying. Also, after I checked in, I received and email with all of the information about check-in and all other pertinent information about the property. Would have been better to receive that after the initial booking. With that said, would I book here again, YES. It is a great location and the unit that I rented was very nice and well maintained.

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. I am sorry that my front desk clerk was on her phone when you arrived. I will address that with my employee. As you did request an early check in, unfortunately even though it was requested, we cannot always accommodate the request. In this instance, we were unable to accommodate as we are and have been short staffed on housekeeping for the last few months. As for the reason that the clerk did not call or even check if the unit was available, the housekeeper supervisor asked if we could please not interrupt their cleanings and all condos would be ready at the 4pm check in time. As for receiving the check in information so late, I am sorry about that. You should have received that information as soon as you booked. I am so sorry about the whole situation. I am glad that you enjoyed the unit as it is definitely one of our most beautiful condos. Hopefully you and your family will come visit us again. Sincerely, Flip Sanchez, Front Desk Manager
