Coastal Cottage on the beach

This third floor condo is completely renovated giving guests a coastal cottage feel. The kitchen features new appliances and is fully stocked for cooking. The patio features a full view of the pool and shoreline. Relax in the master bedroom while listening to the waves each morning. Share in a glass of wine as the sun sets and watch the seagulls dance in the evening air.

Welcome to Grand Caribbean. Each unit has keyless and contactless entry for guests. The grounds are manicured and also have a dedicated grill area for guests. The spacious pool features a large pool deck perfect for families with lounge furniture. Adjacent to the pool area, guests can venture to the beach on the property's dedicated and private boardwalk.

Great get away

Property was clean, a great location, quiet, short walk on boardwalk to an uncrowded beach. It had everything we needed and very short distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Annual beach bash

It’s all about the fam bam the weekend before the 4th of July. We have now stayed twice at the Carribian. We usually rent at least 3 different rooms. Seems to be the place to be

Awesome Experience

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is furnished as depicted and has all conveniences.Views of the gulf are amazing from indoors and nights on balcony hearing the waves offers tranquility.Owner’s communication was prompt.We were very pleased!

Excellent property!

This is a well appointed property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend. We stay in Port Aransas every year and this has been my favorite place to stay thus far. Very well maintained and clean.

Wonderful condo and location

Condo is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Third floor offers beautiful view of the Gulf, and the beach is easy to get to from the property's boardwalk. In mid-September, the beach was not crowded and neither was the very nice condo pool. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing condo with zwesone views

Loved staying on third floor as can see over the dunes to the ocean. Fall asleep to the sounds of ocean waves. Kitchen fully ztocked with all appliances we needed.

Second time at GC

Second time at Grand Caribbean and one of Lydia’s condos. Just as wonderful as the first time. The condo is perfectly appointed, decorated to a T, and comfortable. And nothing beats the view. We will be back next year.

Furnishings were nice but there were several small details missing that could have made the stay much more comfortable - a coffee table in the living room; replacement lightbulbs; more towels and washcloths; more than the very meager "starter" soaps/tissue/paper towels; more pillows on the beds. Overall, it was nice but overpriced without some better attention to detail to make the stay more comfortable.

Everything was great! Very clean and well decorated. We felt at home instantly! We will definitely stay there again. (Only negative was that the dishes in the dishwasher didn’t dry. 🙁🙁)

Great condo with a view

We have stayed at Grand Caribbean for the last five summers and this was by far our favorite condo. Nicely and thoughtful decorated and seemed recently renovated. No carpet which is great for the beach. Right next to the elevator so easy to get in and out, and no issues with noise. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Hope to stay again next year!

Perfect getaway

Lydia is always super easy to communicate with. We had no issues or complaints with this stay. Clean, super comfy, amazing views. Everything you need. We can’t recommend booking with Lydia or this unit enough! We’ve stayed in at least 2 of her units at Grand Carribean and have been very happy with both!

OUR NEW FAVE PORT A STAY!

We loved everything about this place! Very spacious, very clean, loved the decor, lots of kitchen counter space with a bonus pantry with lots of shelves. Loved the balcony furniture. Parking was easy, appreciated having a luggage cart & the room is close to the elevator. We went the whole weekend without smelling a hint of cigarette smoke. Loved the short walk on the private boardwalk to the beach. Above all, our favorite part was the amazing view!!!

Gorgeous condo!

We would definitely stay again! Condo complex was small, quiet and clean. Perfect view of the waves and beach and very short walk over boardwalk to beach. Interior was lovely, spacious and the AC works great! Bonus having a roll away bed in large laundry room as my over stimulated 8 year old chose to sleep in there one night! Almost like a 3 bedroom! We had a great time and host was super responsive to a couple of minor issues. We loved it!

A Very Relaxing Style

The condo was immaculate and very well furnished and decorated. Much of the time not spent on the beach was spent on the balcony which was in the shade the majority of the day. The view of the water and the hundreds of pelicans flying by was calming and added to the relaxation. The only upgrade to the property would be some spaces in the boards at the rinsing station coming in from the beach to allow the sand being rinsed off to fall below instead of pooling on the boardwalk. We were extremely pleased with our stay and look forward to booking another visit.

Beach getaway

We went to Port Aransas to visit family in the area. The unit was perfect. Communication was great, everything was as expected and very clean. Decor in the unit was excellent. Location was great. Would definitely stay again when in town.
